Omega jolted up as Crosshair covered her and Ash with his body, trying to make his way to the Havok Marauder only to find his path blocked. The group made a circle around Crosshair and the two kids who didn’t have any weapons on them. Hunter gave Crosshair his spare pistol as the two worked together, firing at the enemy. Wolffe gasped to the side, seeing familiar armour as once a stormtrooper threw a crushed helmet of one of his wolf pack members at his feet. With second thoughts, Howzer pulled Wolffe behind him and threw a grenade in the direction of the trooper who had thrown the helmet. Wolffe tapped a silent thanks at Howzer who nodded back.

“Oh Yeah!” Wrecker shouted despite the circumstances. “Tech!”. Who threw another grenade to Wrecker, allowing a beast to break through as the man laughed dramatically when anything blew up. “Cross once we make a path, run directly for the Marauder with the kids, Tech, you follow him” Hunter commanded. Omega felt herself being moved forward in front of Crosshair who still had Ash on his hip.

Hunter shared a look with Rex who gave him a nod in agreement at the plan. They were about to initiate when clapping to the side stopped all blaster fire as a chuckle filled the air. The clapping suddenly stopped. Storm Troopers looked on confused as an ensemble of particles of dust and sand energetically lifted to great heights by a strong and turbulent wind that had come out of nowhere. Panic took over Rex’s features; he had never seen anything like it. Tech took a glance at his scanners. Confusion spread across his features as this wasn’t a natural storm, it had been created. “Hunter? What do we do?” he yelled over the strong winds. “Head slowly towards the ship!” came the reply. Tech found himself holding onto Wrecker's arm, Echo following his actions as they battled the winds. It was so thick to see through, Ash had Crosshair's spare mask on to breathe the air and Hunter's bandana around his eyes to keep the dust out. Ash clung to Crosshair, shoving his face deeply into Crosshair's shoulder. Omega had her hand clung to Crosshair's free hand. Despite being in pain and the evident groan emitting from his throat, Cross pushed forward feeling Hunter’s free arm wrapped around his waist.

It took a few minutes for the Stormtroopers to focus back on their goal but sadly the wind picked up making it impossible to find their targets so they headed back into the forest for some type of shielding despite the commanding orders. Howzer and Thorn covered the back of the group as they all made their way towards the Havok Marauder which sat strongly against the winds. Tech and Echo with Wreckers help got to the ship first, opening it and heading straight into the cockpit. The others soon followed. It was a tight squeeze and they probably wouldn’t have all fitted if it weren’t for the fact of Wolffe sitting on Howzers knee and Crosshair in Hunter's lap. They all squeezed in. Tech managed to get the ship off the ground carefully, Wolffe had moved behind the two directing them to a close set of coordinates despite confusion but the two obeyed.

The Havok Marauder shuttered as it landed next to another ship in a hidden closure a few miles from the dust storm. Those on board were quick to disembark. Howzer, Wolffe and Crosshair had made their way over to the ship they may have stolen. Tech gasped at the ship in front of him, noticing it being the one that saved them in space and saved Hunter earlier when the batch couldn’t help when they got separated.

“It was you guys!” Echo exclaimed, watching Crosshair go into a ‘Special Forces TIE Fighter’ before emerging with a tool kit of some sort. Heading towards them before dropping it into Tech’s eager hands. Crosshair looked exhausted, the others could see it. Ash clung to Cross with a death grip clearly not letting go and Cross was on edge looking over his shoulder now and then.

Thorn and Gregor decided to help both Echo and Tech, having picked up on a few things when they had their own squads. Havok and Wrecker helped with counting their supplies. Omega was looking around the ‘Special Forces TIE Fighter’ with Wolffe and Howzer, mesmerised by every little thing. Hunter smiled watching her, feeling quite proud. Rex came to stand next to him, on guard. “Hey Hunter, how are you doing?” he asked. Hunter turned to face Rex, “Honestly Rex, I’m…”.
