Eight hours had passed and Tech, being the expert in piloting, landed the Havok Marauder smoothly on a cold planet. Its typical weather was snowstorms but thankfully there wasn't one at the time. Omega was smiling; she had encountered snow beforehand but never to this extent. Honey and Ashton were at the window looking at the whiteness.
Hunter could tell it was cold from Wrecker placing two blankets on the shivering sleeping Crosshair. According to Tech, the marksman hadn't slept in quite a while and they had to take this opportunity while it lasted. Thankfully Tech and Echo had thought ahead for Archer's bed. It had heating within it so the baby would remain asleep during their short trip. Echo currently had Archer in the cockpit; it was the warmest area of the Havok Marauder and Tech was overwatching him while Echo and Hunter stood outside in the cold speaking to Cody. The commander had been travelling with Thorn and Gregor so he wasn't alone. The two were efficient in their piloting well Thorn was. Gregor wasn't the best; he preferred sleeping through it. Cody didn't mind. Cody was actually on his way to Commander Wolffe's position, the commander had made a startling discovery when Cody got sidetracked by Rex's wish for him to meet with the batch.
Speaking of Clone Force 99, Hunter led the way back to the Havok Marauder showing Cody the clones. Fives and Echo were quick to point them out when Cody froze.
"Hardcase? Wooley?" The two clones let out groans as they woke from being stunned.
"Commander?" Wooleys reply was swiftly cut off by Hardcase slamming into Cody's chest. Wooley quickly followed, hugging his commander while Tup and Dogma watched with weary eyes.
"Commander these clones are in direct violation of order 66. We must arrest them and bring them in for punishment" Dogma directed picking up what he thought was a gun but was instead Lula. Omega quickly snatched her back from him. Cody smiled, he gestured for Gregor to take Dogma back to the ship. Wooley and Hardcase quickly followed, Hardcase may have skipped ahead when Gregor mentioned Jesse was waiting on them.
Tup froze looking back at Fives who gestured for him to go on. "I will miss you ori'vod" Tup said with tears. "I know but I'm always a commline away ad'ika" Fives replied hugging the man to his chest before he allowed Cody to lead him back to his own ship.
Hunter was about to shut the door to keep out the cold when he heard giggling. There at the bottom of the ramp was Honey with Omega. The two playing with the snow. He allowed them a few minutes until he was required to bring them back in which dealt Hunter with his first toddler temper tantrum courtesy of Honey.
"Honey. Omega time to come in" Omega was quick to oblige but Honey had other ideas.
"No!"
Hunter looked back at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Honey, get in now"
Honey just stuck her tongue out and slumped to the floor. Hunter looked back at his brothers for help. Wrecker was lost while Fives just told him to carry on. Echo watched with interest while Tech typed away at his datapad overwatching a sleeping Archer.
"Honey! I will not ask again. Get in the ship now!" Hunter raised his voice taking a step toward his insufferable daughter. Honey just shook her head and stamped her foot. Ashton stood at the top beside Wrecker watching with interest, the giant smiled down at him before lifting him into his arms.
"NO!"
Hunter was lost, he went to reach out for her when she screamed at him and flinched away. Hunter turned to Echo who stepped forward, "Honey come on. Come inside before you become sick"
"NO!"
"Honey! For the last time, get in the ship and do not raise your tone with me!" Hunter said louder, he was trying to subdue his voice to prevent himself waking up Crosshair. The marksman was sick himself and needed all the sleep he could get. But his stubborn daughter wasn’t taking a liking to her fathers new role in her life.
