Those on board ‘Zonic’ stared in disbelief at the speakers from where the Commander’s voice had come from. Gregor was the only one who had been paying attention to their journey, having followed the Havok Marauder into hyperspace earlier and was now descending into the atmosphere of what looked like an abandoned planet. The shuttle shook in the treacherous winds of the planet’s atmosphere and had many of its occupants strapping in. Echo gulped through the cockpit’s window when he saw tornadoes meeting the water below them but just missing the land creating waterspouts.

Tech struggled with the controls to keep the ship at bay. He smirked when he saw the former commander Thorn doing barrel rolls to avoid the danger in front of them. Groaning, Tech pulled two hard on the controls and the electrics stopped all together. Wrecker shouted loudly, waking a groggy Crosshair who found himself tightly strapped into the co-pilot chair by Hunter while he tried to help Tech with the Havok Marauder.

Gregor found the battle with the weather quite easy but he wasn’t going to let the others know out loud, he looked out the cockpit window to the left where the Havok Marauder should be flying next to them when he saw nothing. A frown etched itself upon his face. “Rex?”. The said captain turned to Gregor, concern evident in his features. “What is it, Gregor?”. “The Havok Marauder has literally dropped off our scanners and isn’t alongside us!” Gregor shouted over the storm in front of them.

Echo jumped up from where he was speaking to Ahsoka before taking the spare pilot seat once Rex had vacated it. With speed Rex didn’t even think was possible, Echo had the radio on the correct frequency which included Thorn who clicked a button on his console to ensure he was listening. “Tech…Wrecker…Hunter…Omega? Can any of you hear me!?”. Ahsoka shared a look with Gregor, the two noticing something. Echo had missed out on a brother. The other side came through with silence, Echo hoped it was just the storm but he eagerly waited for any confirmation. It took a few antagonising minutes before the occupants heard coughing and the radio fizzled through.

“Echo? Thorn?” the sweet gentle voice of Omega broke over the radio frequency.

“Omega! Are you alright?” Echo didn’t care that concern laced his tone of voice. It crackled again. Rex tightened his grip on Echo’s shoulder. “Coming up on the coordinates, Rex” the voice of commander Thorn broke over the radio, startling the occupants of the “Zonic”. Echo growled frustrated, he was just about to turn the radio off with Thorn when a familiar voice broke over the radio. “We are fine, prepare for landing. We had a technical issue. Tell Echo to keep his head on his shoulders, look to your left”. Echo frowned before letting out a chuckle. Wrecker surely knew how to keep people on their toes. The Havok Marauder slowly appeared next to the ship before following the ‘Special Forces TIE Fighter’ which began its descent below the cloud.

The three ships soon found the coordinates, they landed in a field which had tree coverage clearly hiding the ships from any suspicious view. Once ‘Zonic’ landed, Echo quickly left the ship and headed in the direction of the Havok Marauder with his twin on his tail. Intending to check on his brothers he had totally forgotten they had landed on someone’s land and that he had trespassed on someone’s property.

Sadly Echo hadn’t seen it coming until it was too late, he was tackled to the floor. A cry from Fives had Echo turning around to see a group of maybe ten individuals cloaked up and holding weapons at the two of them. Fives quickly helped his brother to his feet. Hearing footsteps to the left, Echo caught sight of Rex and Gregor who held their weapons before joining both Echo and Fives against the individuals. Fives noticed Ahsoka was nowhere in sight, probably best for safety. Gregor wearily looked at the guns aimed at them; a glint of silver caught his vision when a taller individual joined the stand off. Footsteps to the right revealed the bad batch who didn’t quite expect the welcoming committee; they quickly surrounded Crosshair, Omega and the kids attached to Crosshair. Gregor caught a glance of Crosshair looking very annoyed.
