“Ahsoka?” Kix turned to the ex-jedi who frowned, “I sense something” Ahsoka looked at Shaak Ti and Obi-one who nodded in agreement.
“Re….Gre….Jesse!?” A voice broke through the comm line, it was Fives! Rex scrambled to answer back only to be pushed through the invisible barrier by a smirking Ahsoka. Soon all of them followed the Captain’s action. What lay on the other side mesmerised them all. What looked like an old outpost within the mountains had been turned into a rebel base that was livable in. There were huts, rope bridges and clones. Rex gasped when he recognised the symbols on the shoulders of some of the clones. The wolfpack lived. Jesse helped the captain to his feet since Ahsoka’s push had sent him to his knees, the ex-jedi still smirking despite the glare the captain was sending her way.
“How was your trip?” a soft voice spoke up. Rex went to retaliate when he found himself standing opposite Plo Koon and another clone who was dressed in green. Plo Koon kept himself from laughing at the Captain’s unfortunate circumstances. Rex grumbled something about kids. Fives continued to laugh from where he stood having witnessed the whole thing and what was even funnier Echo caught it on video. Deciding to let it go, the Jedi master's eyes wandered across those in front of him, his eyes lingered longer on the marksman of the bad batch who had the twins clinging to his legs but he was leaning heavily on Hunter.
Clapping his hands together he turned to the clone beside him and nodded before making his way down towards what looked like the main building. “If you will follow me, we will get you settled” the unnamed clone spoke, holding their rifle close to them. Obi-one took charge with Shaak Ti, the two gestured for the group to follow and not fall behind. Fives held Omega’s hand in his to keep the young clone from running off. The green clone turned towards the bad batch and nodded in Tech’s direction, the engineer smirked slightly as he turned off his datapad. Earning himself some strange looks. The group enter the main building of what looked like a command room, they find themselves standing opposite a ever so silent Commander Wolffe and Captain Howzer, the two speaking to Plo Koon.
“Glad you could make it!” a voice cries out from within the room revealing to be….
“HERA!” Omega cries out running over to her friend and engulf her in a huge hug. Cal watches with a smile, he remains standing beside Echo who rubs his shoulder in comfort.
“What are you doing here?!” Omega asked curiously. Hera smirks at her. She turns to the clone in green who noddeds in confirmation. Omega wore a confused look at the green clone who remained rigid from where he stood.
“Welcome to the resistance!” Hera shouts loudly. Omega smiles gesturing for Cal to come over, the youngling is quick to comply but a hand on his shoulder stops him. Looking up he frowns at Hunter who holds Crosshair tighter to his side. Something was off…
“Hunter! Stop worrying” Howzer called out as he made a whistling sound.
The group watched with wide eyes as cloaked figures appeared on the high walls of the room with wolfpack symbols on their backs. Only then did Hunter let Cal join the girls, he turned his full attention to Crosshair who seemed to have nodded off on his shoulder. Wrecker smirked from where he held the twins in his arms, the two sound asleep despite everything going on. They clearly didn’t get their sleeping pattern from Hunter, he looked at the sniper knowing his lover could fall asleep anywhere.
“Where exactly are we?” Fives asked casually leaning on Rex who frowned but remained still allowing his brother to do as he liked. Howzer turned to Wolffe who nodded. “We are inside one of the ancient temples of Crait,” Howzer explained. “Why?” Kix asked, trying to get a straight answer out of them. “Because father thought the prince of blaze needed to come home” a sweet voice spoke up, the group turned to see Shadow walking with Marcus and Crux, the three coming to stop beside the shocked bad batch. “Father?” The medic scratched his head in confusion. Howzer smiled looking at the green clone who seemed to get the message.
