A dreamy sigh pushed past Jin's plush lips as he watched you cross the room to grab a tie for his suit. He knows it's not right for him to be crushing on his stylist, but he can't help it. There's no way for him to change his feelings, he's tried but to no avail.
"I think you need a pop of color." You commented, walking back over to him. "How's this? It'll match with what the other members are wearing."
"I'll love whatever you pick." He responded dreamily.
"But do you like it?"
He nodded rapidly. "I do."
"Alright, let's put it on."
Straightening the tie out, you wrapped it around Jin's collar and began to tie it.
"Too tight?" You inquired, glancing up at him.
He blinked a few times, feeling like he was going to melt the way you were looking up at him through your lashes.
"N-no. It's fine." He stumbled over his words slightly, mentally slapping himself for doing so.
Real smooth, Jin.
You seemed to pay no mind to it, smoothing out the tie with a small smile.
"There. All done."
Jin turned to the mirror to get a look at his reflection, straightening his posture and checking the suit.
"Y/n, you've done it again." He beamed. His bright smile and sweet compliment making your stomach do somersaults.
"Well," You cleared your throat. "you should probably go on. I don't want you to be late for your schedule."
"Fine." He sighed. "I'll see you later."
"Yeah. See you later." You responded softly, watching him walk out of the room.

Your eyes lingered on the green room doorway long after he had left, your mind replaying his sweet compliment. Jin was always saying that stuff to you. He once told you one of the outfits you picked for him went viral online and Army couldn't stop talking about it. He said a fan had told him on Weverse to wear more stuff like it and he responded with, "Ah. I'll have to tell my genius stylist to give me more cool outfits like that."
It was quite flattering that he referred to you as a genius. The compliment means a lot to you, especially coming from Jin. You know it's wrong, but you have feelings for him—strong feelings. If you're having a bad day or low on energy, you can always count on Jin to lift your spirits and cheer you up. He once brought you a drink that he saw online, mentioning how it was supposed to give you energy.
You've tried pushing your feelings aside, but it didn't work. It never works. To top it all off, Jin has been growing his hair out and you swear it gets fluffier every day. It's a really good look for him and one that magnified your feelings for him tenfold.

The schedule lasted around an hour. The boys had an interview and performed a couple songs on a television show. Once they finished up, they reconvened in the green room where they changed back into their regular clothes.
"How was it?" You asked Jin.
"Really good. The interviewer asked some unique questions. It was refreshing. We get tired of hearing the same ones over and over."
"I'm sure you do. Even I get annoyed." You chuckled.
"You do?"
"Yes! Especially when they're ones that don't really matter. Like—"
"The girlfriend question." You both said in unison.
This caused the two of you to erupt in laughter.
"Yeah. I hate that one." He chuckled.
"Just out of curiosity, if you did have a girlfriend, would you say anything about it?" You inquired once your laughter died down.
"No." He immediately shook his head. "I would want to keep it a secret. My life is in the public eye enough as it is. We'd have to sneak around, but at least we could live our lives in peace and her private life can stay private."
His answer made your heart flutter. Whoever gets to be with him will be one lucky girl.
At your lack of response, Jin began to get uneasy and slightly embarrassed.
"Well, I should head home."
"That's a good answer." You finally spoke ups halting his actions. "It's nice that you'd want to look out for the both of you."
He let out a nervous chortle. "You think so?"
You nodded. "That's very considerate."
He rubbed the back of his neck nervously, muttering a shy thank you.
"Well, I don't want to keep you. I'm sure you're tired after your performances."
"Right." Jin grabbed his bag, tossing it over his shoulder. "I'll see you in a couple days."
"Yeah. See you."
