"And then 'Wam!' Pigsy knocked out that announcer with his pan!" MK said as he made a hitting motion. Mei smiled as MK rambled on about the restaurant battle. Him, Mei, Tang and Pigsy were all out at the shops. Pigsy and Tang were a bit behind the young teens as MK continues to go on and on. Pigsy smiles as he watches the two. Tang was holding a couple plastic bags. "You doing okay Pigsy? You seem dazed" Tang said. Pigsy perked up at Tang, "What you talking about? I'm not dazed". Tang gave his lip a quirk, "You've been dazing. Is it about that cooking contest?". "Tsk and so what if it was?". Tang was taken aback, Pigsy defected his question.
Pigsy started to walk faster and left Tang in the dust. He did lie to him, you had been on his mind ever since the other day. He didn't regret throwing the pan at the announcer, he was a jerk. But the thoughts that you were a demon that could cook was pretty amazing in his eyes. He knew of your grandparents, and they had some history with their establishments. But him thinking about their granddaughter was a different story. You were mature and were proud in what you did. He gave you his full credit for that. He did have to rope Tang and MK into the competition, seeing as he needed a group. But you and your grandparents were a well oiled, cooking machine.
MK tugged at Pigsy. "Pigsy we have to go down this way". Pigsy was confused but followed MK. The two walk in silence as Mei and Tang whisper behind them. Pigsy just stares straight ahead, but he looks at MK. And he gives a innocence smile, "Are you thinking about that demon girl?". "What?!" Pigsy yelled, "No! No I'm not! W-Why would you say that?!". "Mr Tang! You were right he's thinking about her!" MK yelled back. Mei chuckled and Tang just smiled. "Well of course he was!". Pigsy gave a deflated sigh. "That's awesome" MK said. "What do I do MK? I can't stop thinking about her". "Well just invite her over for lunch. It's no biggie". "No biggie?! Kid you are aware this is the first time I've felt this way about anyone!". "It is?" MK says surprised.
Pigsy just grumbled to himself and hung his head. This was stupid. "Come on cheer up Pigsy! Hey! How about we help you out?" MK says as he wraps his arms around Mei and Tang. "Really?" Pigsy says with a glint of hope. "Hey yeah sure!" Mei said with a thumbs up. "Ehh I'm not doing anything else for today, might as well" Tang says with a small smile to his friend. Pigsy smiled, "What would I do without you guys?". MK quickly hooked his arms with Pigsy and dragged everyone back. "Come on! Let's start preparing you date!". "It's not a date kid!" Pigsty yelled.
