"Salam," Greeted a middle-aged gentleman who stood at the front door of the mansion.

With ebony brown eyes set on Mr. Mariano, the man stretched forward his tattooed covered hands towards us, his face tensed with a long scar stretching from the bottom to his right jaw, running towards the other eye and ending on his right cheek bone.

In comparison to Mr. Mariano he was quite tall as well, and despite his dangerous appearance, he appeared well groomed, with his jet black hair in a neat bun and his beard nicely trimmed.

Still, nevertheless, my body shuddered unconsciously in fear as we approached the scary-looking man; however, a quick tug on my waist had soon reassured me that everything was fine.

"And may I ask who is this lovely lady staring at me?" The man abruptly spoke, his voice deep and rough, and laced with a thick Arabic accent. And Upon hearing his words, I was brought to shock.

Gosh, I was staring at him?!

Immediately, my eyes averted to the floor in terror, gulping as Stephan went ahead and answered the man's question.

"She's my wife, Hazel." He answered, and immediately a smile spread across the man's lips, my heart pounding against my chest as he suddenly took my hands in his and turned to face my husband.

"Even your wife appears intrigued by me, Mr. Mariano." He chuckled as he leaned in and kissed my hand, taking me by surprise. My eyes widened in shock upon his action, and my lips almost fell apart.

What is this man doing?! Is he trying to get me killed?!

Fearing for my life, I quickly yanked my hands away, knowing the amount of trouble I would be in if this continued.

Yes, of course this man was scary, however, no one terrified me more than Mr. Mariano. I mean, the amount of things I knew he could do to me and the fact that I would never be able to escape his punishments was quite terrifying, he was terrifying...so I would rather offend this man than to offend him.

I let out a nervous laugh as I lifted my head, raising my eyes to meet Mr. Mariano. Our gazes met instantly, and he didn't appear to be much happy as his fiery gaze glared in my eyes.

Crap!....I must quickly do something to escape another punishment!

"W—well...I...I was just c—comparing you to my husband..." I began with a stutter, then returned my gaze to the man before me. "...but it appears t-that my husband is still the sexiest man I know," I say and without thinking too much, leaned in and kissed him on the cheek...
