So as we already know, Stephan is a Mafia lord. He could be described as cold, brutal and you could say heartless. So he's definitely not someone Hazel should mess with but she does...
So why hasn't he killed her yet?
Well, unfortunately, he can't and will have to deal with her and her attitude for quite a while since she is really needed.
Actually, the only reason Hazel is alive is that he needs her in order to inherit his father's company.
As Stephan mentioned earlier, he really needs his father's business and we could see that since he even when to the extent to "waste" 200 million on buying a woman just so his brother could be satisfied and permanently stay out of the bet (the 'find a bride thing') So he could have his father's company in the end.
So he needs her because he needs Ian to drop out of the bet since he needs his father's company...because he...needs...

Damn, what's with all these 'needs'?
So, Hazel is very lucky that she is still alive even after all she has done...and although he is this very brutal guy that literally kills anyone who shows disrespect, he has to sadly let the thought of killing her leave his mind for he cannot kill her....yet.
All he could do, for now, is punish her...but who knows how brutal the punishment will be?
Will he eventually get so tired of her stubborn attitude, in the future, and finally kill her?
