"You guys want to play UNO?" Maya asked.

They were in the living room, bored out of their minds.

It was later in the evening, dinner finished and relaxation commenced. Maya had come over, feeling bored in her own home.

You were home, recovering from a brutal battle earlier in the week. You hadn't been allowed to go to your agency yet; the doctors still wanted to run some tests in case of more internal damage. You'd been compliant, as long as it wasn't too long. The world needed its hero.

"Sure," Kaminari agreed, gathering around the center table.

"Can one of you call (Y/N)? She's gonna play."

Jirou disappeared for a moment, coming back with you in tow. You looked worn out, your head bandaged, your arm in a sling, and a limp in your steps.

"What's up?"

"We're playing UNO."

"Nice."

"I'm beating all your asses," Bakugo declared.

"Yeah right," Maya challenged.

"Wanna bet?"

"Hell yeah!"

You shook your head vehemently. "Don't do it Bakugo. You're guaranteed to lose."

He scoffed. "Please. I can handle this bitch."

"Who you calling a bitch?!"

Your lips thinned. This was gonna be fun. You slumped onto the couch, wincing at the rough landing. Across the room, Kirishima sent you a worried look. You waved him off, paying attention to the dealer.

After shuffling like a professional, Maya distributed the cards and started the deck.

The game, surprisingly, started smoothly, with no one pulling out any big moves.

"Hey, (Y/N)?" Kaminari called out. He dropped a red 4 on the deck.

You hummed in acknowledgment, shuffling through your cards.

"Can I ask you something?"

Ah shit. Here we go.

"That can't be good," Jirou muttered. Yaoyorozu nodded in disappointment, dropping a red 3. When Kaminari started like that, nobody was safe.

You nodded, unaware of the dangers coming towards you. You dropped a blue 3.

"Are you or are you not technically our sugar mommy?"

You choked on air, the entire group gasping in shock.

They weren't expecting that.

"AHA AHAHA," Maya screamed a laugh. She slumped to the floor, tears in her eyes, her face turning red. She could barely breathe. Her cards were scattered all over the floor.

You gave Maya an unimpressed look. "It's not funny."

"It's—" she couldn't finish, gasping. She was rolling on the ground, smacking poor Bakugo's leg through her laughter. He hissed in pain, his calf turning red.

Kaminari sputtered, trying to explain his thought process.

"I mean, she has a big house, has a lot of money that she spends on us, she has kids—"

"I cannot believe you just asked that. Just unfathomable," Iida said, flabbergasted at Kaminari's audacity.

You were mortified, covering your face with your free hand as Maya cackled. Yaoyorozu patted your back sympathetically.
