Chapter 26

18-1-27

"Ryugu turned himself into the police station" Jeongguk said and everyone stopped talking. The group had met up at Jimin and Taehyung's house for breakfast.

Which they were currently eating, it had been pretty quite with only Jimin and Taehyung muttering words to each other before Jeongguk had said what he said.

"He did?" Taehyung asked "Yeah" Jeongguk nodded "when?" Taehyung asked "yesterday.. Me and Yoongi went to the police station like 2 weeks ago and the police said they will do what they can to find him" Jeongguk told.

"Yesterday they called and said he'd turned himself in" he added "why didn't you tell us you went to the police?" Jimin asked "I didn't really know how to bring it up" Jeongguk answered.

"Well I'm glad that bastard is finally arrested" Seokjin expressed "me too" Jimin smiled and then it went silent.

It didn't stay silent for long Hoseok being the one to break the silence "have you guys heard of that movie that just came out? Enola Holmes?" He asked "yeah Tae and I were thinking about watching it" Jimin told.

"Really? We should all watch it, I heard it's good" Hoseok beamed.

And so they agreed to watch the movie in the cinema as Hoseok told them it was playing tonight.

"We're doing what?" Jungkook asked "Jimin, Seokjin and I will go together, Jaemin, Hoseok and Namjoon will take their own cars and Yoongi and you will go together" Taehyung explained.

"Yes I understood that when you said well be going in our own cars...but why? We could literally just go together" Jungkook pointed out "no, it's a 3 hour long movie by the time it's done your gonna wanna go home, it's gonna be long to come here and then get your car." Taehyung explained.

Jungkook just nodded before turning to get in Yoongi's car.

The group were outside, some were in the car a few of the others had already left, meaning Jaemin and Hoseok had left while Seokjin was waiting in the car.

"Um...what cinema are we going to?" Namjoon questioned "Vinny's" Taehyung answered "and where its that?" The older asked "uh....have you not been to Vinny's Cinema?" Taehyung questioned.

"It opened it 2024" Seokjin reminded from besides Taehyung "makes sense then" Taehyung muttered "I'll send you the address" he added opening Jimin's car door and getting in.

Seokjin just stood there for a minute and then turned to the couple in the car "so..that stuff in the back" Seokjin pointed to the bags of stuff placed in the back of Jimin's car.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to say you'll have to go with Namjoon" Taehyung smiled "can't you just take it out?" Seokjin asked "and miss 30 minutes of the movie? No way" Taehyung laughed.

Seokjin turned to face Namjoon who was just watching them. "Fuck you Taehyung" Seokjin muttered before walking round to the passengers seat.

Seeing Taehyung had sent the location Namjoon hopped in the car and then they were off.

The first few minutes was silent, it was a tense silence.

Namjoon considered asking about the one thing bothering him, but it had been two weeks since then surely Seokjin would be over it.

See over the past 2 weeks Namjoon had seen Seokjin 3 times and each times he never got the courage to ask whether or not Seokjin remembered kissing him.

Even now he decided he'd lost his chance.

But he couldn't just let the 30, minute ride to the cinema be dead silent, but of course he was Namjoon there was no way he wasn't going to mess this up.

"Is being with me that bad?" Wow way to start a conversion Namjoon, I mean could you blame him Seokjin hadn't been that happy when he'd gotten in the car.

"Yes.." Seokjin had response had taken the younger by surprise "I...I hope you know Seokjin, that I never left or let you get hurt because I wanted to, and everything I said before I left to you on that roof was what I meant" even if he couldn't ask about the kiss he needed the older to know.

"Namjoon, I was there when you explained after you came back" Seokjin didn't know why he sounded so angry.

He wasn't mad, Namjoon hadn't actually done anything wrong, Seokjin didn't want to be with him because he knew it was gonna be awkward and uncomfortable.

That was the reason being with Namjoon was that bad, because it was always awkward and uncomfortable, if we're not including the time he got drunk and kissed him.

Namjoon didn't say anything, it seemed staying silent was better than trying to start a conversion with Seokjin.

Jungkook was happy when he heard he was sitting next to Yoongi, just because he knew he and Yoongi enjoyed similar things and could talk about certain parts together.

They may or may not have had a movie night or two at Yoongi's house, and they were pretty similar when it came to watching movies.

Commenting on certain parts and deciding which characters they liked most. They both did it.

Unlike Jungkook who was happy he got to sit next to his ex, Seokjin wasn't happy he got to sit next to his ex.

Why did everyone like making awkward moments?

He just wanted to watch the movie and then go home, not have to be super aware of every action he did just because of who he was sitting next to.

But it didn't seem like anyone cared, Seokjin also tried not to care and watched the movie, it worked he got about 15 minutes in before he started dosing off, Jaemin who was on his right offered his shoulder and Seokjin gladly took it.

It was about 10 minutes after that he'd fallen asleep the movie just wasn't interested enough.
