"Hey, don't be beating yourself up about this, Yoongi loves you and I'm sure if you just let him explain this Minhye situation it'll all be ok" Taehyung told, he wasn't expecting Jungkook to freeze a moment before he started laughing.

"I didn't even say her name was Minhye, did you know he was dating her? And you kept trying to get us together despite knowing he was taken?" Jungkook asked.

"Fuck" Taehyung cursed "I know it may seem like that Jungkook, but it's not, I didn't want to say anything because I thought it would be best if Yoongi explained but since I've already fucked up I might as well".

"I'm sure Yoongi has mentioned a girlfriend at least once, told you she disappeared... Well she did and they never got the chance to break up, Minhye is her name, she's technically his girlfriend because they didn't break up"

"Yoongi probably called her over to break up with her, if she wants he'll probably ask you if he can stay friends with her because he always really liked her as a friend" Taehyung said.

"Well...He did try to explain when she called a few days ago but I told him not to, and he tried to explain today but...I barely heard him" Jungkook admitted.

"So...I think maybe you should go back, let Yoongi explain properly so that everything can be alright" Jimin suggested "that's a great idea, I feel bad now because I misunderstood and...fuck this is so embarrassing" Jungkook sighed.

"Do you wanna borrow a pair of my shoes... You didn't bring any" Taehyung pointed out "yeah thanks" Jungkook nodded.

"Oh Jungkook thank goodness I was so worried" Yoongi rushed up to the younger he would have pulled him into a hug if it wasn't for the cake in the younger's hands, Yoongi didn't even look at it he was more focused on Jungkook.

"I can explain about Minhye" he added "I went to Jimin's and Taehyung explained most of it... I'm sorry I shouldn't have rushed off like that" Jungkook looked down at the cake in his hands.

"No, I should have explained earlier, she's the girl I told you about that disappeared, she was my girlfriend... we didn't have the chance to break up, but she's not anymore, I ended things with her after you left"

"I was going to tell you this morning but you were so happy and I didn't want to ruin your mood you had already gotten upset when she called a few days ago.." Yoongi trailed off.

"That was because she had 2 hearts after her name, I was confused" Jungkook admitted "I never changed her ID after she disappeared" Yoongi told.

"I changed it as soon as she first called though" he quickly added "...I really love you Jungkook and I don't want this to create a problem for us, I know you aren't ready for a relationship, but you need to know that I love you and only want to be with you."

Jungkook tried to ignore the way his cheeks turned a light shade of red and began speaking "Yoongi I wanted to take you out to dinner, make it all fancy and then give you the cake but...I decided to just give you the cake, I can make it fancy every day but only if you'll accept the cake" Jungkook pushed the cake forward.

Only then did Yoongi look down at it, taking in the words written on top "you...I...You want me to be your boyfriend?" Yoongi gaped "yes Yoongi" Jungkook nodded "of course, I'll be your boyfriend Jungkook" Yoongi beamed.

"I'm a little upset though, because I wanted to ask you to be my boyfriend, but I wasn't sure when you'd be ready and I didn't want you to feel pressured or anything." Yoongi continued to smile.
