Chapter 28

20-1-27

Hearing the door open just after he read Namjoon's message about gay people Yoongi turned off his phone and stood up, he turned to face Jungkook just as the younger entered the living room.

It was pretty obvious that Jungkook had put effort into his outfit. He usually wore comfortable clothes, things like baggy trousers and jumpers, it wasn't often that Yoongi had seen Jungkook wear others wise.

I mean this morning the younger left in a suit, just like he had the few times he'd gone into work, but right now, was the best Yoongi had seen Jungkook, he wasn't even dressed up that much.

He had a pair of black jeans with a turquoise silk top and a choker paired with a few bracelets.

"Uh...I know there's still a minute till 7 but...I thought being a few minutes early isn't too bad" Jungkook smiled, his phone, wallet and keys being in his hands.

"Yeah... it's fine, we can go now" Yoongi assured once he'd finally stopped checking the younger out, and then they were off to the car. It was silent when Yoongi pulled out of the stop he was parked in but the silence didn't last long, Yoongi being the one to break it.

"You look fucking beautiful by the way" was what he'd said and if he'd looked at Jungkook he would have seen the blush on Jungkook's cheeks "thank you, Jimin helped me pick the outfit" Jungkook informed "well you look fabulous" Yoongi complimented.

Jungkook only blushed more.

"So how was your meeting?" Yoongi asked "it was good, I was a little worried because one of the people didn't show up for a good 15 minutes..but luckily it was only 10 minutes longer" Jungkook answered.

"Oh..what was it about?" The older questioned "who's going to take the company next, we had a few people there to decide from, I mean it won't be for another 2 years but if anything happens to me before that then we need to have an agreed person to take over the company" Jungkook explained.

"You don't want to keep the company?" "not really, I mean it's kind of boring, I don't really do much, I mean sure I have to look into each person we hire, their background and all that, and sure I have to decide whether or not we'll accept the clothes but that's it" the younger told.

"I want to do something where there is more work" he added "why not keep the company and try something else, so that if the other things don't work out at least you have something to fall back on" Yoongi suggested.

"I mean that is a good idea, but what if the other thing takes off well, what should I do then? Still give it away or keep it?" Jungkook asked.

"Keep it, you can make money from both, and what if what you wanna do doesn't earn you much? Then you'll be able to enjoy yourself and only do a little work" Yoongi told.

"Makes sense, I feel like I should have come to you before I called the meeting" Jungkook smiled "no, it's good that you had the meeting, like you said if something happened to you then at least you've picked the person to take over" Yoongi pointed out.

"That's true" Jungkook nodded.

He was glad he could talk to Yoongi about anything, whether it was a new TV show, the latest thing at work or advice on something, Jungkook was glad he could talk to Yoongi about all of it.

"Jungkook, just slowly move" Yoongi instructed his hands holding Jungkook's "But...I'm scared" The younger whispered "I've got you, just slowly move your feet" Yoongi assured.

When Yoongi had parked the car, Jungkook had informed him that he didn't know how to skate, Yoongi had assured him that he would teach him and that it was easy.
