His presence caused everyone to subconsciously back away. They did not dare to approach him out of fear.
“Jeon Jungkook is truly unbelievably handsome!” Some of the girls were radiating light from their eyes. Their saliva was almost dripping out of their mouths. “If I could be his woman, I’m willing to do it even if I have to die tomorrow!”
“What tomorrow? As long as he is willing to give me one look, I am willing to die right now!”
One of the boys could not endure their nonsense any longer. He shot back. “Don’t be so full of yourself. If he really looks at you you…”
A large group of young girls chased after Jungkook from several metres away. They were completely lovestruck.
Unfortunately, even though they were jogging, they were unable to keep up with Jungkook’s pace.
More students joined the crowd from the sides and this pushed them further behind.
The male student from earlier watched Jungkook’s fading back view. He commented lightly. “The truth of the matter is that, even if you’re willing to die right now, Jeon Jungkook will not offer you a single glance.”
“Tsk!” A group of female students spat in his face with disdain on her face. “You’re not even suited to hold Jeon Jungkook’s shoes. What’s the point of being jealous?”
That male student walked away bitterly.
In the D1 building, on the balcony of dorm room 201, Tzuyu waved towards Lisa, who had laid back down in her bed. “Lisa, quick. Quickly come and look! Jeon Jungkook, CEO Jeon is here!”
“Yes.” Lisa responded softly in disbelief.
“Hey… Quickly come here ah, you.” Tzuyu’s expression was filled with excitement. “CEO Jeon isn’t someone you can see whenever you wish to see him.”
“What do you think about him?”
“This sort of a man is completely out of our reach. He is the god that us commoners cannot touch.” Tzuyu watched the crowd of men dressed in black suits accompanied by Jungkook. “Look, the moment he appears, the entire school is moved.”
She scanned the school’s chat group on her phone. “All of the students that are coincidentally away from school right now are all grumbling in the group. Everyone is afraid of missing the opportunity of catching a look at the country’s male idol. They are all on the way back and praying that they won’t miss him.”
Lisa watched as she praised Jungkook endlessly. She asked carelessly. “Do you like him?”
“I don’t know him. How am I supposed to know if I like him?” Tzuyu responded casually. “I just enjoy watching the show. It’s similar to the way commoners react when they see a famous idol. However, Jeon Jungkook is the male idol of everyone’s hearts in the entire country. Normal idols have no way of competing with him. He is such an outstanding man. There are countless women pursuing him. If I were to look for a partner, I would never look for someone like him. The pressure is too much.”
“That’s true. The pressure is really too much.” Lisa pursed her lips into a smile.
Because she loved him, in this life, she needed to become a woman who deserved to be by his side.
Tzuyu abruptly sighed. “It’s really a pity.”
“What’s a pity?”
“Jeon Jungkook is really unrivalled in his perfection. Yet, his fiancée is actually that vicious, two-faced sister of yours.” Tzuyu raised her phone and aimed her camera at Jungkook, who was approaching their dorm building.
She had yet to click on the shutter when she kept her phone away in disinterest. “No matter how oustanding a man is, if he is someone implicated with Lee Eunha, this old woman will find him despicable.”
Dorm room 202’s balcony was only separated from theirs by a single thin wall. Yerin’s voice could immediately be heard from behind the wall. “Chou Tzuyu, do you have a death wish? You actually dared to say that Jeon Jungkook is despicable!”
“How is it related to you?” Tzuyu mocked her ruthlessly. “If you have the ability, ask Jeon Jungkook to sue me.”
