I jolted up in my bed. Placing my hand on the side of my head. I looked over to the right and Brendon was gone. I looked around. His phone was still on my dresser. I turned it on. A picture of him and I together at a red carpet. I set his phone down, slipped on slippers and walked downstairs. I smelled french toast and bitter coffee. I was scared to see who was downstairs in the kitchen.

When I peered in, Brendon and Alex were sitting at the table, Alex was showing a picture to Brendon. I walked in and sat and the table, "just in time, Jo. Look at this picture."

She turned her phone to me. My eyes widened and I spit out the coffee in my mouth. It was Brendon and I asleep. I was intertwined with him and he held me close. I wiped the coffee that was dripping from my lips, "what the fuck, Alexandra?!"

"What?!" She said longly and turned her phone back, "it's not that serious."

"It is serious! I have a boyfriend."

Alexandra scoffed and set her phone down, "he won't see."

I looked at Brendon, "you're not making her delete it off of her phone?"

He shrugged, "what's the harm? She knows everything already."

I closed my eyes and set my head down on the counter, "I guess we should have just approached her my way."

"That was your way, Alex." Brendon said and Alex scoffed.

I picked my head up and Kimberly pushed the plate of french toast in front of me, "can you please delete it?"

"What? Delete the time my sister has been cheating on her boyfriend? Nooo."

I shot her a look and Brendon put his hand on my shoulder. I pressed my hand against my temple and cut a small piece of french toast, "this is not funny, Alex. Seriously."

Brendon glanced at Alex, "You should probably delete it."

"Oh, lighten up Jo."

I slammed my fork down, "that could get me killed!"

I stood up and everyone looked at me. Brendon  shot up and put his hand on my lower back and guided me outside. I took a deep breath and Brendon put his hands on my shoulders, "you're good."

"I have to go back today."

"Go after the red carpet."

"Red carpet..." I trailed off.

Brendon looked at his watch and nodded his head, "put some pants on. Our outfits are there. We gotta get ready."

Brendon hugged me and then I walked up to my room—slipping pants on. I grabbed a mine and Brendon's phone, meeting Brendon in the car. I tossed myself in the passenger seat and handed him his phone, "thank you, Miss Jackson."

"No problem."

Brendon set his phone in the cup holder and drove with one hand. He hadn't spoke to me the whole ride. I had been debating on going back to the apartment today. But I haven't been back in a little over a week.

We walked inside the studio. Our makeup artists and clothing artists were there to make sure each outfit was good. I grabbed my dress, walking into my office and changed into it quickly. I walked out and sat in the chair next to Brendon. My phone buzzed dramatically, and I shot up quickly, grabbing it and putting it on speaker, "hello?"

I feared what was next to come.

"Where the fuck have you been?!" Keaton yelled through the phone.

"Doing red carpets and helping my sister. I'm a busy person."

"You don't get to be a busy person."
