Chapter 43: Looking For Answers

Kedricson's Point Of View

"What she said is true, she vanished without a single trace, she left me again. I will really become crazy now, Shun!" I sighed heavily.

"Well, that's sad," he said, I gave him glared.

"What?! I don't even know what to say! I'm not even heartbroken! I'm happily married, and you deserve to be hurt like that!"

I wasn't sure if he was really my friend anymore, especially with the hurtful words he said.

"Thanks for the comfort," I sarcastically thanked him.

"You're welcome!"

This time I gave him a middle finger sign because he also deserved it. Screw him!

"I will find her again, and this time I will make sure to find her for real!" I convinced myself.

"Sige lang, magpakatanga ka pa! Deserve mo naman talagang maramdaman 'yan pagkatapos mong saktan ng sobra ang asawa mo. You deserve the karma!" he teased further.

"Nagsabi iyong walking red flag rin," I sarcastically whispered

"Bro! Kaya nga tayo magkakaibigan na tatlo, e!"

I could only shake my head at his responses. This guy would never back down, but I was sure that he couldn't defy his wife.

"Tsk! I will find my freaking gorgeous wife!" I shouted and took a sip from the bottle of alcohol in my hand.

I arrived home safely, though I woke up late because of the hangover. I still made an effort to get ready since I was going to the Vinzella's house.

I wore simple clothes today because I wasn't going to the company, my Dad and Mom were there anyway.

I didn't waste much time and drove my car towards the Vinzella's house.

When I arrived there, the guard immediately let me in as they knew me.

"I don't understand... Why did she have to leave again and even say in this letter that she won't be coming back?!" Mr. Vinzella's voice echoed as he held a piece of paper that seemed to be a letter Clara left before she went away.

"Mr. Vinzella," I said, slightly bowing my head.

"Oh! Right! Kedricson, do you know anything about your wife's location now? Do you know where she went?" Mr. Vinzella bombarded me with questions.

I shook my head in response.

"Angelo, calm down... Both of you, please have a seat," Aunt Lina calmly suggested.

"How can I calm down, Lina?! My daughter is missing again! And at this point, she might never come back or show up!" I could feel Mr. Vinzella's frustration.

"Naipangako ko dati na hahanapin ko siya pero hindi ko nagawa pero nasisiguro ko po ngayon na mahahanap ko na siya at ibabalik sa atin," I said seriously and determinedly.

"Inaasahan ko 'yan, Kedricson at umaasa rin ako na sa pagkakahanap mo sa kaniya ay hindi mo na siya muli masasaktan kagaya nang nagawa natin noon sa kaniya," Clara's father responded seriously as well.

"I will, because now I am really sure about my feelings and intention towards her," I replied.

"I feel like I'm back to the beginning of my search for her but it's different now because I have a gut feeling on who can help me find my wife," I explained.
