Series of Dreams 1 (Lee Ming)

"Is your arm feeling better now?" Lee Ming asked as he stared into her eyes.
Eva tried her best not to get spellbound by his blue eyes(his eyes were back to normal now).
"Why do you care? Aren't you the one who was pushing me around like I'm some old sack! Besides, what the f*ck am I doing doing here?" She asked glaring at him.
"You are using foul language Pet. Who taught you that?" Lee Ming asked smirking. He kinda loved it when she said the "F" word.
"You know, you are a very confusing person. One minute you are acting like you would murder me, the next you are acting like I'm some plaything to you, the next you are acting like I'm the most important person in your life. What do you really want Lee?" Eva said in a rush. She was quiet startled that she said all these things to him without reasoning the kind of man he is. He was simply a monster when he's angry. So she tried to be cautious of what she was saying to him just incase he was angry.

Lee Ming was quiet for a while and then, he remembered what the young bartender told him earlier "I want you to go and tell her how you really feel. Don't allow that guy steal her from you". The young bartender's words was on replay in Lee Ming's mind. He felt he knew the young lad from somewhere but he decided to brush that thought off first and handle this issue.
"What do I really want? Hmm..."Lee Ming said feigning thoughtfulness. Eva saw what he was trying to do and wanted to say something but he cut her off by saying "I want you to stay here" Lee Ming said.

Everything went silent after those words jumped out of Lee Ming's mouth. Hwang Lu who was at a corner had his eyes almost popping out of the socket after hearing Lee Ming's words. This guy was so damn unpredictable. He was the one who told her to leave. Now after a few weeks, he's asking...no... demanding she should stay.

"You are joking" Eva said as she started laughing and Lee Ming said
"I'm not". With that, her laughter died down. Hwang Lu will get some of your things from Miss Su's apartment, so just go back to your room.

"Do I look like a doll you can move around?!" She said
"No. Not a doll, my Pet" Lee Ming said smiling.
Eva was so confused by how this guy changed his emotions. Like...what is all this??

Lee Ming was about to walk away but Eva held unto his shirt
"This is not funny. What do you really want from me?" She said staring at him. Expecting an answer but he kept silent and walked away.

Eva sat on the couch and closed her eyes when that little voice came
"Good job Eva. First day of making him jealous is a success. But why do you seek his attention that much?"

"No reason"Eva said replying to her head voice.

"You have developed feelings for him haven't you? I knew it!. No wonder you missed him so much" The voice in her head said

"Stop spouting nonsense in there" Eva said to the voice. Anyone who was looking at her now would think she had gone mad because to them, she was talking to herself.

"Just accept it. The earlier the better. Few minutes ago you missed the feel of his lips against yours. Tell him how you feel" The voice said

"That's lust not love." Eva said

"Call it whatever you want. I am you and we both know we love him" the voice said as it chuckled.

Eva rolled her eyes and sank herself into the couch. In a few minutes, she fell asleep.

In her dream~

Eva saw a girl who looked exactly like her near a waterfall but the girl wasn't alone. A man was standing beside her. Both of them were dressed like royalty. The girl was smiling at the man and the both of them hugged each other. Another man walked up to them dressed like a guard. The man who dressed like a guard, bowed before the girl and the man beside her, the man let the girl he was hugging go and turned to the guard. The guard handed a scroll to the man. The man opened the scroll and read the content and said a few things to the guard and the guard left. Eva saw the girl take the scroll and read the content. The girl burst out crying and the man beside her used his hands to clean her eyes and said something to her and kissed her and then, Eva woke up.

All this Eva saw in her dream was from a back view. But even from a back view, she could tell that that girl looked like her or was her. She was standing few metres away from the love birds. She couldn't see their faces. But the whole setting gave up an old vibe. Making Eva believe that this dream she had was about the old times. When people still use guards and Messengers. Or rather in this case, use a guard as a messenger.

She woke up and found herself sweating. She was surprised was she sweating because Lee Ming's house had air conditioners in almost every corner you look at. After taking off the jacket she was putting on, she used it to clean the sweat on her forehead but she was still sweating profusely.

She walked up to one of the standing air conditioner and stood at it's front. It managed to cool her down and she ended up falling asleep again. But this time, not on the couch. She was actually leaning on the air conditioner. Fast Asleep!

Lee Ming walked into the living room to see his Pet literally standing and sleeping. He smiled and carried her in his arms and straight to his room. Her body was as cold as ice due to the impact of the air conditioner on her. Lee Ming wondered what she was thinking when she slept leaning on the air conditioner. She might actually become sick when she wakes up. He laid her on his bed and covered her with the duvet. He laid on the bed also and watched the up and down movement taking place on her chest indicating she was breathing.

He remembered what the young bartender told him and smiled and said to Eva. "You asked me what I really want from you right?" He said as he smiled and continued
"I just want you. I want you for myself and myself only. I didn't really want you to go the time I told you to leave but I had to because I pitied you. I thought I was forcing a woman who doesn't want to be with be to be with me. I may be stoic as my sister says. But I'm not unreasonable. The moment I found out I was not letting you live. I had to let you go to live your life. But the moment I saw you with that punk. I just couldn't sit and watch. I just couldn't sit and watch the woman I want be with someone else. I haven't been this confused about what to say to a woman before. But trust me when I say that I just want you. I don't know how it happened but I want you" Lee Ming said as he softly touched her blue hair.

He retracted his hand as he laughed at himself "What is wrong with you Lee. She can't even hear you" he said as he ran his hands through his hair and laid down too.

Hwang Lu came back from Miss Su's house with some of Eva's belongings that Xia Li packed for him. He was passing by Lee Ming's room when he found out the door wasn't completely closed. As he was about to close it, he found this rare sight. Eva and Lee Ming on the same bed. Though it had happened before, it was a rare sight to him because this was the first time he saw them this close and also because he thought these two were quarrelling. He closed the door slowly and walked away smiling.

"I better tell Sir Ming about this" he said as he gave Sir Ming a call quickly.

"Sir, Lee is in bed with Eva" Hwang Lu said smiling
The man on the other end was surprised as he said "Are you sure?"
"Of course I am. I saw it myself. Funny enough it's just past 6:32pm and he's asleep already. You know he doesn't sleep early. But it seems she had made him sleep with her" Hwang Lu said
"Wait...when you mean sleep with her do you mean...you know.." the old man said on the other end with a grin on his face
"I doubt they did it. But this is progress right?" Hwang Lu said and Sir Ming nodded in affirmation even though Hwang Lu couldn't see him.
"Of course. Tell the both of them to come to the Ming Villa soon" Sir Ming said and ended the call.

Hwang Lu smiled and was about to walk back Lee Ming's room to take another look but when he turned around, he saw Lee Ming standing in front of him.

"Weren't you asleep?" Hwang Lu asked almost suffocating from the intense glare Lee Ming was giving him.
"You are such a chatterbox. Your voice woke me up. Besides, tell my father that Eva and I did the deed" Lee Ming said as he winked at Hwang Lu and walked back to his room.

"This guy...he can be a handful at times" Hwang Lu though as he sighed.
