The stars were shining bright in night sky. It was a full moon night and Lee Ming knew what it would do to him. He patiently waited as he held Eva in his arms. Waiting to see if his fingers would transform. But strangely, as the moon light rested on them, Lee Ming felt his werewolf side awakening but Eva suddenly started rubbing his hands in a slow motion. His hands which were holding her waist held her tighter. Her touch was soothing and right before his eyes, he felt his werewolf side cool down. It was like that part of him was tamed by Eva. Eva turned around to face him "Its okay". Lee Ming's eyes shone with amazement as he stared at his Queen. Eva placed her hands over his shoulders and stood on her toes to give him a light kiss on the lips. "You're amazing Eva" Lee Ming said after she pulled away from the kiss, making Eva smile.
Eva had noticed earlier that it was a full moon and like he had told her before, his werewolf side awakens during a full moon so inwardly she prepared herself for his transformation but as he held her close to his chest, she felt his heart racing and she wondered if he was scared about transforming right before her but to her, she didn't mind because it wasn't the first time he transformed in her presence so she wondered what would make his heart race like that. She decided to gently rub his hands if it'd make him calmer. She didn't want to ask him what the problem was so she stayed quiet as she caressed his hands. Meanwhile, she didn't know that her little act of care was taming his inner beast. Lee Ming's heart was beating fast because he was scared Eva won't be comfortable with him if he transformed while holding her.
After returning to their previous position, they stayed at that way for a while till the wind became too cold to bear. Lee Ming noticed goosebumps on Eva's body because of the cold but she didn't complain and he knew she didn't say a word because she wanted to enjoy the view with him. He wasn't affected by the cold but Eva wasn't like him. Though his blood did some changes in her, she was still human. He just didn't want his pregnant wife to catch a cold. With his lips positioned close to her ear, he whispered "We can go in wifey. I don't want you shivering". "I'm not cold. Let's enjoy the view a little more" Eva retorted. Lee Ming smiled at his wife's behavior. She was stubborn sometimes but he knew ways to make her agree. He placed his head on her shoulder "Pet... I won't be happy if you starting sneezing. It won't be pleasant knowing you're sick while carrying our princess" he rubbed her tummy. Eva turned her head sideways to meet his gaze and he locked eyes with her as he waited for her reply. "Uhmm..okay then" she uttered turning around about to walk away when Lee Ming caught her in his arms making Eva giggle.
They entered their bedroom and Lee Ming placed her carefully on the bed. "You need rest. Goodnight wifey". "Goodnight hubby" Eva said blushing at her words. "That's new" Lee Ming smirked. Eva covered her face, blushing hard. As he tucked her in the bed, he hovered over her and pulled her hands away from her face. He held both of her hands above her head and gave her a wholesome passionate kiss. Eva bit her lips after he pulled away from the kiss, she wanted more but didn't ask for it. "Sleep well" Lee Ming said with his voice sounding more hoarse than usual. Eva nodded her head slightly in agreement to his words as he lay beside her. Lee Ming laid facing the ceiling and Eva was lying down facing him. Lee Ming had closed his eyes with his hands on the blanket while his wife was staring intently at him, admiring him.
"Go to bed pet" Lee Ming said feeling his wife's gaze on him. Eva smiled before closing her eyes to sleep.
It was late in the night and Lee Ming's eyes shot open as he felt the presence of a being in his room. He knew it wasn't a human because the presence brought a certain eeriness to the atmosphere. He sat up and turned to find Eva sleeping soundly. "You...I have finally found you" A menacing voice said as the being charged towards Lee Ming.
