Upcoming Revenge

Eva woke up to find herself on Lee's bed but he wasn't there. She stood up from the bed and walked out of the room. On her way down the stairs, she saw Yu Shao holding a tray of food walking towards the dinning room. Eva called out to her as she ran down the stairs. When she finally got to where Yu Shao was standing, Eva said panting "Please what is the time?" "Is that why you were running down the stairs like that? What if you fell?" Yu Shao scolded her and Eva was silent for a while.

"Well, it is past 10:00pm. You need to eat and take a shower" Yu Shao said. Eva didn't plan on subjecting to Lee's demand by staying here but the way she slept off was just so unnatural and it was already late. She would just have to stay.
Before Eva could mutter a reply, she saw Lee Ming leaning on the entrance of the dinning room. Staring at her. His piercing gaze was choking and Eva felt like vanishing into thin air. He looked both mysterious and sexy. It was unbearable for her fragile heart .

Eva turned her eyes away from him and asked Yu Shao "That food is for Mister Lee right?" And Yu Shao nodded. "Well, I'll go take a shower and come down for dinner later" she said as she was about to turn round and walk away but Yu Shao said "You can have dinner before taking your bath. You have been too stressed today. Go sit at the dinning room and I'll get you your food". Again, before Eva could retort, Yu Shao had already walked away to serve Lee Ming.

"Don't worry Eva. Avoiding him in his own house is hard but not impossible"
Eva's mind voice said. Eva walked towards the dinning room and sat about six seats away from Lee Ming on his right hand side. Lee Ming who was sitting at the head of the table sighed as he saw what she did.

Eva did her best not to even glance at him. Unbeknownst to Lee Ming, she was avoiding a situation from occuring. A strange situation.

In City A

Mrs Kelly Watson was about to enter the company where her husband used to work. The words of Lei Huang was ringing in her head. If her husband was really poisoned, that means the first place to look for information was his former work place. Rumors would have surely gone round about him before he left the company. "Her Perfect Skin" was the name of the company. The company is a skin care company for specifically women. Joe Watson was among the production team.

Back then, the man was a workaholic and was highly recognized and praised in the company because of the amazing work he did. Most of the ideas of the skin care products of "Her perfect skin" were brought by him. Anytime the man came up with a suggestion on a new skin product, and the company takes his idea to heart and they work on it, it's always a success. They even nicknamed him. "Our Smart guy". It looked like everyone loved and adored him in the company. But the true fact is that, no matter how good you are...there are still some that hate you and want to see your downfall.

Kelly sighed and entered the company. She walked towards the receptionist and asked for a certain Skylar Jung Hae. The receptionist told her to wait and Skylar will be down to the lobby to see her. As Mrs. Kelly Watson waited, some people had their gazes on her. Definitely because they knew who she was. She was the wife of the company's former "Smart guy", Joe Watson. The people's gazes was full of pity and shock. Pity, because they knew the man's story and how he ended up leaving the company and also, because they believed he had died. Shocked, because they never expected to see the wife of their former "Smart guy".

After waiting in silence for a few minutes, Mrs. Kelly Watson saw Skylar Jung Hae walking towards her. Mrs Kelly Watson stood up and went to exchange greetings.
"I'm so shocked to see you Mrs Kelly"Skylar said and Kelly replied "Well, I do not want to be here. But I'm here for a purpose." Mrs Kelly said
"What is that purpose supposed to be?" Skylar asked confused
"Do you know if my husband had any enemies in the company?" Mrs Watson asked and Skylar was a bit surprised but didn't really think too far  about it. Skylar was close with the Watson family ever since dey arrived at City A. She sometimes visited them at the time they were rich. She was a kind, easy going and open minded woman and she was the person who is always working alongside with Joe Watson.

She was the only one in the company who knew Joe Watson wasn't dead. But Mrs. Kelly had not told her that her husband was cured from his once incurable disease. After Joe Watson was told to never come to the company again because of his sickness, people carried rumors that he died a few days later due to shock and the rumor spread like wild fire in the company. They believed it the more because they never heard anything about him anymore. Suddenly, his wife appears in the company. Rumors are definitely going to spread.

"Enemies?...Kelly, I don't really know for now but I'll dig deep and inform you. You have a phone right?" Skylar said and Mrs Kelly nodded and they exchanged numbers.

As Mrs. Kelly Watson was about to leave the company, she said to herself "Now matter what it takes, I'll find out who poisoned my husband".
