All that was left was ash

Looking at Liu Jang, Lee Ming felt rage. He recalled he warned the Vampire's son but the rebellious Sei Jang didn't listen. Sei Jang attacked more humans time and time again till Lee Ming killed him and the other Vampire's who terrorized City F at that time. After Liu Jang heard that Lee Ming killed his son, he sought to kill Lee Ming but everytime he planned to take Lee Ming out, something always happened....Till now. A minion of his had informed him of where Lee Ming was now living in City F so he came at night. Lee Ming's house was filled with guards and Liu Jang expected that so he consulted an old friend of his who was a witch. The witch cast a spell on him, making him invisible momentarily. Knowing he was invisible, Liu Jang entered the house the same time Lee Ming did after he got his wife what she was craving. He waited patiently for the couple to finish their dinner and go to sleep. He had planned to murder Lee Ming in his sleep but now, his plan was hanging on a thin thread. 

"I'm surprised you're still hunting me. Your son is dead and gone, give it a rest" Lee Ming uttered angrily. Liu Jang cackled and his eyes turned to Eva who was turning on the bed repeatedly, feeling uncomfortable "You have a wife now and from the conversation you both had, she's pregnant. It would be a shame if that child dies before it gets to meet his father".
"Don't you dare touch my wife" Lee Ming snarled as his eyes began to turn red. "That's sad" Liu Jang said and in a millisecond, Lee Ming felt a sharp object pierce his torso. He drew in a breath as he felt pain follow the sharp object. He looked down and realized that Liu Jang had been holding a knife in his hand the entire time while he was pinning him to the wall.
Due to the noise, Eva woke up and the moment she saw Liu Jang, she jolted out of the bed.
"Run" Lee Ming shouted and Eva bit her lips as her eyes trailed to his torso where the knife was still sticking out. "I can't leave you behind. What's going on?" Adrenaline began cursing through Eva's veins. She was shocked and scared.
Liu Jang took the opportunity that Lee Ming was distracted and he pushed Lee Ming away from him. Being that he was a vampire, his strength wasn't on a normal level and it sent Lee Ming flying, hitting the wall. Eva felt her feet stuck to the ground for a minute but seeing Lee Ming pushed like that, she hurriedly and shakily looked around the room for something to attack or defend herself. Her eyes saw her hair scissors resting on the dressing table and she quickly ran to it and grabbed it but Liu Jang approached Eva with a wicked smile on his face. Eva attempted stabbing him with the scissors but the vampire dodged it easily and took hold of Eva.

"You're a beautiful woman, maybe I should take you for myself" Liu Jang whispered in Eva's ear as he tightened his grip around Eva. Lee Ming quickly removed the knife from his torso and lunged towards Jang but the vampire squeezed Eva even more "Come closer and I'll throw her down". Liu Jang walked towards the balcony with Eva still in his grasp. Lee Ming's heart was filled with rage. If he moved closer, he knew the vampire wouldn't hesitate to do exactly as he said so he had to fight smartly.
Liu Jang used his hand to rub Eva's belly. "It's sad this baby will die. Now you'd know what it feels like to loose a child". Lee Ming gritted his teeth as he looked around and found the scissors Eva was holding before lying on the floor. He quickly took it and sent it flying and just like that, the scissors was deep in Liu Jang's neck giving Eva an opportunity to escape from his grasp. The moment she felt his grip loosen,  she freed herself and ran towards Lee Ming. Lee Ming told Eva to hide again and she did so this time. Liu Jang pulled the scissors from his neck and the wound began closing up, so was Lee Ming's wound.
Lee Ming's eyes were completely red as he walked towards Liu Jang who subconsciously took a step backwards.
"Your son wanted death. He didn't follow the rules. It's not my fault he's dead" Lee Ming said and Liu Jang gritted his teeth as he angrily attempted to throw a punch at Lee Ming but his fist was caught in mid air.
Lee Ming held Liu Jang by the neck and threw him till the vampire forcefully landed in the balcony. "Forget the past and let's make peace" Lee Ming offered but Liu Jang angrily spat on Lee's face, irking Lee Ming even more. He offered for peace just the way he did with Sei Jang but it seems the family was too stubborn. If it was the old Lee Ming before he met Eva, he would have killed this vampire by now but, with Eva in his life now he wanted to be more considerate and humanly but it seems his good wasn't going to be accepted.
"As you wish" Lee Ming whispered and closed his eyes. When he opened his eyes again, the vampire found himself on fire.

He screamed and shouted till there was nothing left but ash.
Looking down at the pile of ash that was slowly being blown away by the wind, Lee Ming felt a small pair of arms wrap around him.
