Eva's mood suddenly dampened after finding out about Lee's trip. She won't have been so bothered with his travelling before but now, they are married and they have had intimate moments, they were more attached to each other than the time they first met. So it wasn't the same as before. She took her phone and message her mother. Talking to her mother will probably distract her from thinking about Lee Ming for a while, so she decided to call her mother.
As the conversation between Eva and her mother progressed, Eva remembered she hadn't told her mother about her and Lee Ming's current relationship which was their marriage. "Uhmm..Mum, there's something I need to tell you" Eva said
"What's that honey?" Her mother asked
"Regarding the man I told you I'm into.."
"Eva, Lee is about to go" Yu Shao said entering Eva's room and cutting in with what she was about to say to her mother.
"Ohh I'm sorry, I didn't know you'd be on a call" Yu Shao said and left.
"Mum, I have to go. I promise we'll talk about it some other time" Eva said
"Ohh okay" Kelly Watson said in response to her daughter.
After ending the call, Eva hurriedly went down the stairs to bid Lee Ming goodbye.

Lee Ming was standing outside his car when Eva quickly ran out of the house to hug him. Eva hugged him tightly. She didn't care about any walls she had put up before. At that moment, she just wanted to be in his embrace. The hug was really unexpected and it warmed Lee Ming's heart. She raised up her head and looked into his eyes. "Be safe okay" Eva said as she pulled away from the hug. The hug felt different and Lee Ming found sensed something unique about it and pulled Eva into his arms again. "A little longer" Lee Ming said as he enjoyed her soft body being in his arms. Ruining the moment, Hwang Lu coughed signalling Lee Ming it was time for them to go and the man pulled away from the hug. "See you soon then" Lee Ming said to Eva as he, Hwang Lu and his bodyguard entered into the car.

Eva and Yu Shao bid them goodbye before returning into the house. Few minutes later, Giovanni arrived at their house and Yu Shao welcomed him and showed him to his room.

In Lee Ming's car~~~
He was looking out the window thinking of Eva. That wasn't the first time they shared a hug but this time, it felt really different. He felt the purity and genuine concern in her heart towards him. For the first time, in him being Lee Ming and not Duke Li Ming, he felt love from a woman who is not his sister or mother. Love from Eva. To him, that's what that hug meant. He then decided to send her a text. "Missing me already?". Eva was helping Yu Shao out with some chores so she wasn't with her phone. Lee Ming waited for her reply but none was coming. Fifteen minutes had passed and yet still no reply from his wife, he then called her but she didn't pick up.

He sighed as he decided to wait for a while till she replies his text or call him back.
An hour later, Eva took up her phone and saw five missed calls and there messages from Lee.
"Missing me already?"
"What are you doing?"
"Why didn't you pick up the phone?"
Eva smiled "I think you are the one missing me already. Lee, it has just been an hour and few minutes since you left" came Eva's message with a laughing emoji at the end.
Lee Ming was now reading a book when he received the notification of Eva's message.
He quickly took his phone and read her message before replying. "I'm missing you already?"
"Yes Lee" Eva replied
"Fine, I do miss you. I miss your ass and I can't wait to touch it when I'm back" Lee Ming texted
"Lee Ming!!" Eva said feeling shy the moment she read the text.
"Yes Wifey" came his other reply
"You're...I don't even know the word"
"I'm the best thing that's ever happened to you Wifey"
"And why do you think so?" Eva asked
"You know so. I'm just stating facts" Lee Ming answered
"You may be right. I have to go. Yu Shao needs me" Eva's text said
"I'll talk to you later then" Lee Ming text said.
He was relieved that he finally got to talk with her. Even though it was short-lived.
