The next day...

Eva woke up that beautiful morning and realization hit her once again that she wasn't with Lee Ming anymore. She was mad at him but the feeling of want crept into her chest anytime she thought of him. She sighed and made her bed before going downstairs.

Xia Li greeted her with a warm smile "Good morning angel"

"Good morning Xia. How was your night?" Eva asked returning the smile
"Ohhh my night was great thank you. Please sit for breakfast" Xia Li said as she walked into the kitchen.

Eva sat down at the dining room and when Xia Li was out of the kitchen, she asked "Miss Su isn't home?" And Xia Li looked like she just remembered something. "Ohh...I'm sorry for forgetting. She's on a trip but she asked me to give you this card. It's a pass" Xia Li said handing her a card.

"It's a pass for what?" Eva asked and Xia Li's smile widened as she said "A pass into the company, ESCORP. She got you the job as a part of the board of directors!" Eva was beyond surprised as she took the card from Xia. "Are you serious? She got me the job without an  interview?!!" Eva said still in shock.
"She has some connections in the company so it was pretty easy for her to recommend you without you going for an interview". "I see." Eva said in response. "She also said you should start work today" Xia Li continued and Eva nodded.

Eva was extremely happy that she got into a big company like ESCORP but something about everything didn't feel right. But anyways, she had to prepare for work. She ate and went straight to the bathroom.

After spending thirty minutes to look good, Eva came out looking fresh, neat and corporate but she was still looking cute and sexy as the skirt she wore hugged her assets.

She bid Xia Li goodbye as she took a taxi straight to the company. Getting to the company, people introduced their selves to Eva like they knew her before, raising her suspicions even more. After a lady showed Eva her office, Eva settled down and took in the feeling of having a job and being in an office as nice as this.

Few minutes later, the lady who took her to her office knocked on her door. "Come in" Eva said and the lady came in and said "I'm sorry to stress you like this since it's your first day but the board of directors have a meeting with the Chairman now" the lady said and Eva stood up from her chair and said "Lead the way". The pair took an elevator towards the conference room. Getting there, Eva had her eyes set on someone she never expected.

At noon yesterday...

Sir Ming was sitting on his sofa watching the news when Tae Ming walked into the house. "Dad, Lee drove Eva away. What are we going to do? Also, the woman who helped you when you were in Rome asked that the empty slot of one of the board of directors should be given to Eva. Shocking right.." Tae Ming said waiting for her father's reply

"Lee drove her away... and that woman wants Eva to be part of the board of directors just because she helped me once? Who does she think she is to start demanding things?...Well, it can come to our advantage" Sir Ming said and Tae Ming was confused at his words

"How can it come to our advantage?" She asked

"I'm sorry my little angel but you have to release the position of the CEO for your brother. But don't worry, you can head the other company in Rome" Sir Ming said

"But what about Eva?" Tae Ming said "Give her the job" Sir Ming said "Are you sure dad?"Tae Ming asked
"Of course my little angel. If Lee Ming takes the position of the CEO now, and Eva has the job, they are bound to see each other and Lee Ming will take her back. Besides, I don't really care about him being the Ceo anymore. I just want my son to get me grandchildren before I die"

"We both know that will take a long time dad" Tae Ming said responding to her father's last statement.

"But dad, what about the Lycans? Are you going to convince them he will get married soon so they can give him his position as their leader?" Tae asked

"No, not yet. Let's give Lee Ming some time. Tomorrow, I'll come to the company and present him as the new Ceo. Also, make sure Miss Eva comes to work" Sir Ming said smiling as his plan was surely going to work.

Still at noon, yesterday....

In Lee Ming's house..

"Hello?" Lee Ming said as he picked up his phone
"Lee how are you?" His father's voice said
"What do you want dad?" Lee Ming said in a flat tone and the man on the other end laughed before saying
"You can see right through me Lee. Well, I called because I need you to come to the company tomorrow"
"Why?" Lee Ming asked
"I'm giving you position of the CEO dummy" his father said as he cut the call.

Lee stared at the phone blankly. He knew his father won't do this without a strong reason. But he decided to go despite what his father was planning. At least, working all day will take his mind off little miss ladybug....
