Taking a risk

Lee came out of the bathroom with shorts on but his upper body was bare. "Go take your bath" he said to Eva and she stood up from the bed and got her clothes from the closet before walking to the bathroom. Lee Ming sat on the edge of the bed, using a towel to dry his wet hair when a strange thing happened.  Right before his eyes, a pretty girl smiling at the man who looked exactly like him as she held his hand while running in a forest. The girl looked exactly like Eva. Just a quickly as the memory came, it went. Leaving a pain in his head that lasted only seconds. He remembered what his father had told him. About Eva being his wife in the past and also the fact that he was a Duke in his past life. He pondered on what he saw for a while and remembered that Eva had woken up petrified. He then concluded that it was something from the past that she had dreamt of.  After wearing his clothes, he waited for Eva to come out of the bathroom and she came out a few minutes later.  She was wearing a body hug silver knee length gown and she let down her long hair that reached her waist. Lee Ming's eyes fell on her as soon as she came out and he admired the beautiful petite being before him. Only his eyes could say the words that his mouth could not as she walked closer to him. "Is it pretty?" She asked innocently, not sure about wearing the dress. "Very" Lee Ming said honestly as he continued to stare at her. But it would be much more pretty if you weren't wearing anything at all. He wanted to say also but didn't.
"My father said he's holding a party for us. Since I'm available, let's go"
"A party?" Eva asked confused as she walked towards the mirror to take a look at the dress one more time and Lee Ming's eyes followed her every movement. "A party to congratulate us on our marriage" Lee Ming uttered as his eyes roamed her body, wishing she wasn't wearing anything at all. To him, the clothes were obstructing him from having the perfect view of her perfect body. Eva turned around to find him staring at her lustfully. She kinda felt uncomfortable with the fact that he was watching her right now.
She didn't know when she'll get used to this wife thing.  They had been married for just a week and few days. "Please stop looking" she said in a low vice but he heard her anyway.
"But I don't want to look away" he said as he stood up from the bed and walked towards her. Eva felt her heart beat quicken with every step that he took. He stood behind her and stared at her from the mirror. "You really know how to invade my personal space" She said jokingly turning around to face him. He smirked and took a step back before saying "We better start going". Eva let out a breath. She thought he was going to do something to her but he didn't. Not like she didn't want him to do things to her, she was just nervous. Nervous, that was one way to put it.
They both walked out of the room with Eva holding on to Lee Ming's arm. He was wearing a black suite and a black trouser and they both looked gorgeous.

In City A, Mrs Watson was hell-bent on finding the person guilty of poisoning her husband. Kelly Watson bit her fingernails nervously as she decided to make a risky move. Skylar had given her the address of Moon Do Sik, their number one suspect and the man who as supposed to be the closest person to Mr Watson. She decided to go see Moon Do Sik. She felt it was a risky move because if the man was really the one who poisoned her husband, he would definitely try to hurt her also. Mrs Watson placed a pepper spray in her bag just incase as she prepared to go to Moon Do Sik's house. Her husband, Mr Watson found a new job in another company after he had fully recovered. He was eating at the dinning room when he saw his wife frantically placing something in her bag. "Continue your meal" he said to his children who were at the table before standing up to walk to his wife who was just about to leave.
"Are you alright?" He asked as he held his wife's arm.
"Of course I am" Mrs Watson answered with a smile trying to hide how nervous she was. Her husband knew nothing about her trying to find out who almost led him to his death and she didn't plan on telling him because he will stop her from getting her revenge.
"What was that you carried?" The man asked still being suspicious of the way his wife was acting.
"Ohh it's pepper spray. You know, sometimes I come back late from the restaurant and all these gangsters in the neighborhood try to attack me. That's why I have it with me, to defend myself" she answered and her husband's suspicion dropped as he answered "Alright. Be safe".
"Thank you" Mrs Watson said and placed a kiss on her husband's cheek before walking out of the house.
It was past 9:00am when Mrs Watson boarded a cab and was heading to Moon Do Sik's house.
