Destruction

Hwang Lu was back in the suite as he rushed to where Lee Ming was trying to check if he was still conscious. While he was doing that, Taeyang appeared in the room grabbing Hwang Lu's attention. "Come put him on the bed" Taeyang said and Heamg Lu raised Lee off from the ground and placed one of Lee's arm on his shoulder. It seemed Lee Ming was still conscious because he could walk but was also at the brink of unconsciousness. Hwang Lu placed Lee Ming on the bed as the man groaned holding his torso. "The poison is spreading. Take it out quickly" Hwang Lu barked at Taeyang as they hovered over Lee. "Relax. You know he's not going to die anyways" Taeyang said smirking before he started uttering some spells to extract the poison from Lee's body. Hwang Lu sat on a chair and titled his head backwards. Who the hell would have thought this would happen?. Hwang Lu rubbed his temples as he tried to relieve his stress. The wounds he gained from fighting the vampire that attacked him were already closed up as he started to feel better.

He watched as Taeyang did his magic stuff and minutes later, Lee Ming sat up as a bluish purple liquid came out of his mouth and onto the floor. "Ewww" Taeyang said before Lee Ming threw a sharp gaze at him shutting him up. "Thank God you're fine" Hwang Lu said standing up and walking towards Lee.
"Thanks" Lee Ming said to Taeyang before standing up from the bed. "Do you feel strange? Are you sure you're totally fine?" Taeyang asked with genuine concern in his eyes. Lee Ming nodded and turned to Hwang Lu "We're leaving now". "Now?" Hwang Lu asked again but only got silence from Lee. "I guess we are" he said answering himself.
Taeyang helped Hwang Lu pack their things as they set to take their leave. Their bodyguards were set to leave also. But something still didn't feel right.

As they left the hotel, on the road, on their way to the port where their jet was, there was a serious traffic jam. There hardly was in City Z because the people always followed the traffic rules and there were alot of shortcuts to different places in the city. So a traffic jam as serious as this one was a rare sight. Lee Ming had a dark expression on his face as he knew something was up, once again.

In City F....
A loud sinister laugh shook the walls of the lair they were in. As the source of the laughter was from Miss Su. Her minions in City Z just reported to her about how they had carried out their second plan with the help of a witch once again.
"Do you think you can escape me Duke Ming? Oh wait. You don't go by that anymore right Lee?" Miss Su said to herself as he laughed once again.
She had planned that if the two vampires she sent earlier failed, she'd go for a plan B. A plan B to wreck the roads of City Z so Lee Ming won't have a way out and she'll have another opportunity to send more of their minions to City Z. Earlier, the two vampires she sent to their suite had a witch cast a spell on them to make them invisible for a short while. That's why Lee Ming couldn't see the vampires immediately he sensed their presence in his suite.

"What the hell is going on?" Hwang Lu said as he felt he was developing claustrophobia because of how jammed and tight the road was. "Go check it out" Lee Ming said to Taeyang and just like that, the guy teleported out of the car and to the root of all of this. He stood at the top of a high building as his eyes caught sight of the problem. The road was split into two. Taeyang couldn't believe his eyes as he knew this wasn't an earthquake or anything caused by natural circumstances because he smelt the magic oozing from the scene. He teleported to the supposed shortcuts and it was the same thing. The roads were split into two and some cars which were too close to the edge, fell into the abyss. Taeyang knew this wasn't a job done by a vampire because he could see and feel the magic around it all as he watched on. He then teleported back into the car and said "It's magic. A spell of destruction. As we speak, the road is split that's why everywhere is jammed like this. Glad we are not close to edge if not- "whoosh" Taeyang said making a funny sound before continuing. We would have been dead by now". "This is not really the time to joke" Hwang Lu said glaring at the former. After Lee Ming heard what Taeyang said, he sighed as he said in a low voice "Endangering the lives of innocent people".

"Take me to the scene" Lee Ming said as Taeyang placed his hand on Lee's shoulder and they both teleported to the main scene. People were shouting and some were running out of their cars, while some fell in the Earth's mouth. Lee Ming and Taeyang were now on the tall building Taeyang first watched on from. As they looked down, the road seemed to split even more as the second passes. The disaster was already on the news and it didn't miss the Eva's ears.

Eva was cleaning the table in the living room alongside Yu Shao when the news reporter brought in breaking news. "Reporting live from City Z, is a strange occurrence as many lives are being lost at the scene. The roads of City Z are being destroyed as the Earth's mouth is opening as some will say. It is a strange sight to behold. A paranormal event. Let's take a look at the scene" The helicopter from which the reporter was bringing the news live, flew overhead the main spot where the destruction was taking place. In the abyss, was lava beneath the earth and as they recorded it live, more cars were falling in. "The Rescue team of City Z are doing their best to save the individuals who are at the edge. Some are praying for forgiveness of sin to their God while some are running away, some say it's the end of the world. We all hope this paranormal event ends soon. Reporting live from City Z, I am Ivan Sanchez"  The male reporter said as the news for City Z went off. Eva was frozen after hearing those words and so was Yu Shao but she gathered the courage and walked up to Eva placing her hands on Eva's shoulder. "Don't worry, he would be fine. Funny enough he might not be at the scene. So relax okay?" Yu Shao said trying to comfort Eva who had her hands shaking.
"I guess you're right" Eva said giving a fake smile. Trying not to show how worried and scared she was. She was about to continue cleaning when Yu Shao said "You can leave the cleaning to me now. I have prepared something for you to eat. So you can go have it". Eva nodded her head as she walked into the kitchen. Taking out her phone, she immediately started to call Lee Ming but their was no answer. She left alot of texts also hoping that he was fine.

Meanwhile in City Z, Hwang Lu turned his head as he saw Lee Ming's phone beeping. He took a look at it and said "Shit!". "Why did he leave his phone in the car?" He continued as he started to feel pressured. He didn't know if he should reply Eva's messages or not so he just kept the phone back at where Lee Ming was sitting.
