When you'll arrive at Kai's place, he takes you into the guest room to put you on the bed, as he's putting you on the bed your dress lifts up and he sees blood on your leg.
Kai: You're bleeding *He says concerned*
Y/N: I'm losing my child *You say in a heartbroken and painful tone*
He looks at you with a concerned and sadness.
Y/N: There's nothing we can do about it now *You say sadly, tears now in your eyes* Call Kat.. I need her..
Kai: Okay *He quickly walks out and calls Kat*
On the call
Katherine: Hey Kai, where are you'll?
Kai: Y/N needs you, she's at my apartment
Katherine: What's wrong? *She asks in a worried voice*
Kai: It's bad Kat.. *He says in a sad tone*
Katherine: I'll be right there *She ends the call*
Katherine's Pov
Katherine: I have to go *She says in a worried and rushed tone*
Stefan: What's wrong? *He asks confused*
Katherine: Y/N needs me, I have to go
Stefan: I'll come with..
Katherine: Stefan.. *She cuts him of*
Stefan: I'm coming *He says in a stern tone cutting her of*
Katherine: Fine, let's go *She says giving up*
Your Pov
Kai: She's on her way, do you need anything?
Y/N: I might have to borrow one of your shirts again *You say with a small laugh*
Kai: Borrow as many as you want *He gives you a smile* What else do you need?
Y/N: The pains going away slowly.. can I have a glass of water?
Kai: Of course
Kai gets up quicky and makes his way to the kitchen, while in the kitchen he hears a knock at the door, he then opens the door revealing Katherine and Stefan, he lets them both in.
Katherine: Where is she? *She asks worried*
Kai: Bedroom, it's the thing no one's suppose to know about.. *He says concerned that she brought Stefan*
Katherine: *Realizations hits her* Oh no.. *She rushes to the room you're in*
The door of your room opens, revealing Katherine.
Y/N: Kat.. *You say as tears stream down your face*
Katherine: *She walks over to you taking a seat next to you* What happened?
Y/N: I lost the baby.. *She hugs you and you cry in her arms*
That's when Stefan enters the room.
Stefan: Baby? *Shock and confusion crosses his face*
Y/N: Stefan? *You say shocked*
Stefan: What's going on?
Katherine: How about we talk about this later, baby girl why don't you go shower and change *She says in a soft concerned tone*
Y/N: I'm still in pain Kat..
Katherine: *She puts some of her blood in a glass* Here.. *She feeds you it* I'm sorry about the baby Y/N
