Chapter 35: Baby?!

You spend the last day with your friends and mum, they threw you a small party. The next day you left for New York, Bucky picked you up from the airport with the same apology as always of how he didn't think Steve would do that, which you said like always you understand, he took you out that day. The following week you had a small celebration for Katherine and Stefan's engagement.

4 months later, you've been talking to Damon a lot, especially about your relationship. Kai's been up and down from New York to New Orleans a lot. He's been helping Kol with figuring out how Davina found out your secret. He's also been trying to find her for you. You're on your last week of college, you and your college friends were graduating soon so you'll planned a celebration before results were out. You've been low contact with Caroline but she's been nothing but understanding, nice and you can see the change in her.

You're in your apartment looking through some things you had stored away when you find a set of pictures of you and Damon, you stare at it thinking of the day you'll took the pictures out. That's when Bucky enters the room.

Bucky: What's that?

Y/N: *A little startled you stutter* Just some old pictures... and stuff *You quickly close the book and out it down*

Bucky: Oh you're clearing out your old stuff? *He says leaning against the door frame*

Y/N: No.. more like looking for something Elijah asked me to keep.. I'll be seeing him tomorrow for our monthly lunch *You smile*

Bucky: That's nice

Y/N: Yeah.. would you like to meet him maybe for dinner tomorrow? *You ask optimistically*

Bucky: I can't.. I have to help Steve get ready for his date with Sharon

Y/N: Oh okay then maybe the next day? *You ask hopefully*

Bucky: Yeah sure.. but make it lunch it that's fine with both of you'll? *He says with a smile*

Y/N: Yeah that's fine.. he's been looking forward to meeting you since I told him about us *You say excitedly*

Bucky: Same... I know I've been busy but I can't help my job

Y/N: It's find... we both understand *You say through a tight smile cause he sounded rude*

The next day you meet Elijah at the restaurant.

Y/N: Hey Elijah *You say as you sit down* How's things going since you and Hayley's breakup? *You ask with concern*

Elijah: Hello Y/N... it's gone complicated.. I know I wasn't paying much attention to her and she was focusing on her pack, we just neglected our relationship *He says sadly*

Y/N: So why is it complicated now? You both still love each other right so why not try and make it work? *You question him with a frown*

Elijah: She slept with Niklaus... *He says looking down* Now before you get angry and call him... they both were very drunk and weren't in their right state of mind *He says in a warning tone*

Y/N: Not a good excuse and who says I'm only going to be calling him? I'll be calling both of them *You say angrily*

Elijah: You know you're the only person Niklaus let's shout at him, where he doesn't take action against them?

Y/N: *You sigh* I know.. I love Nik but I will always call him out when needs be.. *You say sternly*

Elijah: Y/N they both apologized and are trying to make amends to me.. Klaus had already shown me how sorry he is, Hayley is trying.. *He says calmly*

Y/N: But?

Elijah: There's something else that only she can tell you it's not my place

Y/N: I'm confused
