The light that came from the stone led us to the garden. To the magnolia tree that my brother planted before.
I've known my brother all my life. I know what he likes, I know his allergies, his fears, and his doubts. Pero ngayon, napaisip ako, kilala ko na ba talaga si Kuya Dylan?

"I think Dylan left something for you." Akira touched my shoulders. I looked at her clueless and then she pointed something in front of us. "See for yourself."
Tumingin ako sa harapan at nakitang nagliliwanag na rin ang magnolia tree. Same brightness as the stone I'm holding.
Hindi ko pa rin maisip kung ano ba ang iniwan ng kapatid ko dito. What's the purpose of the stone? Para saan ba 'to?
A bright light enveloped us. Or ako lang? I looked back and I wasn't able to see Akira and Mason anymore.
"Daphne..." Nanigas ako sa kinatatayuan ko nang marinig ko ang boses ng tumawag sa akin.

I slowly turned my back. Tears are starting to form in my eyes. My breathing is now heavy and my hands are all sweaty.

My brother is now standing in front of me. Still wearing that smile that he always has.

As I rushed towards him, I felt his warm arms enveloping my shoulders. Doon na kumawala ang mga luha kong kanina pa gustong bumuhos.
My brother's here. Nasa harapan ko na siya ulit.
"You know that I don't like seeing you cry, Daph." He chuckled.
Umiiling ako habang nanatiling nakayakap pa rin sa kanya. Tangina, totoo ba 'to? Am I not dreaming? Am I really hugging my brother? Baka mamaya ay nasa ilalim lang ako ng isang spell.
"K-kuya...don't leave me again. Please don't go anywhere." Umiiyak na sabi ko habang mas hinihigpitan pa ang yakap ko sa kanya.
He caressed my hair. "Hush now, Daph. I never left in the first place, you know that."
I slowly looked up to see his face. Nakatingin siya sa akin. His gentle smile and bright look are there. Kapatid ko nga ang kaharap ko ngayon, walang duda.
"Take me with you....I want to live in peace. H-hindi ko na kaya ang mga nangyayari...si Ate Celine...." My voice broke.
"Alam ko lahat ng nangyari, Daph....at hindi ako naniniwalang gusto mong umalis. You found me here because you want to make things right. You found me because you wanted to help....you want to save your friends."
Umiling ako. "No! Hindi ko na kaya, I had enough. N-natatakot na ako, Kuya! Everyone will leave me eventually....masiyadong malakas ang mga kalaban. We don't stand a chance."
