Last Week Of Xmas Break

~Chapter Forty~

It was the next morning, everyone was still in bed tired from christmas day. Leorio had woken up to see the blonde next to him with the computer in his lap, typing away at the keys and pausing to scroll every once and a while. "Good morning sunshine," Leorio said while sitting up, giving Kurapika a small kiss. "Morning love," He replied with a smile. Leorio stretched for a few seconds before fixing his hair, then getting up to change.

"Christmas went by too quickly," he said with a groan, getting a quiet laugh from Kurapika. "I can't believe it's already going to be a new year," Kurapika mumbled in reply. Leorio nodded. Once the man finished changing he went back to the bed sitting next to Kurapika, glancing at the computer screen. "What are you up to?" He asked the blonde. Kurapika sighed. "I'm looking at different wedding themes and styles, but none of these seem to be the right one," he explained.

Leorio nodded before pulling the blonde into a hug. "No need to stress it, love," Leorio said as he placed his hand on Kurapika's chin, giving a reassuring smile. Kurapika smiled back before kissing the man. The kiss grew more passionate after a few seconds, but before the couple could get any further Gon and Killua could be heard shouting at each other from the other room.

The two got up instantly heading towards the sound, both of them hoping it wasn't anything serious. As they entered the chaos of a room Kurapika let out a major sigh of relief noticing the boys were only throwing pillows at each other, meanwhile Alluka was sitting calmly on Gon's bed watching tv. The boys noticed the couple standing by their door and stopped the fighting for a moment. "Did you need something?" Killua asked. Kurapika shook his head. "The yelling just startled us," he replied while rubbing his eyes. Killua nodded and went back to attacking Gon with a pillow, getting attacks back at him.

As Leorio and Kurapika walked away from the room the couple entered the kitchen, and Kurapika started getting some coffee ready. As he waited for the coffee to finish Kurapika sat next to Leorio, sleepily leaning against the man's shoulder. Leorio chuckled softly before ruffling Kurapika's hair. The couple stayed like that for a while, but the moment the coffee was done Kurapika impatiently stood up and immediately poured Leorio and himself a cup.

~Pov Switch~

After a pillow accidentally hit Alluka, the girl stood up and threw it back at the two full force. "You guys should calm down, it's frickin seven in the morning!" Alluka exclaimed, causing both the boys to stop almost immediately. She laughed a little and resumed watching tv.

The three could hear Leorio calling out to them that breakfast was ready, and not too long after they were all rushing out of the room and gathered at the table. Leorio served everyone their food before setting his own plate down at the table. They all dug in as small talk went around the table about break and when it ended, and what they should do for the remainder of time.

“There's about a week left of break so that leaves plenty to do!” Gon exclaimed. “Well then what should we do today? We could stay in and be lazy all day playing video games, Killua’s usual, or we could all go out to the mall!” Kurapika suggested. Killua gave a quick glare at the blonde. “Hey, there is nothing wrong with my usual!” He replied towards the comment the blonde had made, causing everyone to laugh a little. “I wanna go to the mall! Can we?” Alluka asked with a slight shimmer of excitement in her eyes. Kurapika nodded with a smile. “Finish breakfast before you storm off to change you guys,” Leorio said with a chuckle.

Gon and Alluka hurriedly ate their food and rushed into the room to get clothes, meanwhile the other three took their time eating. By the time they finished eating Alluka and Gon had gotten done changing and started messing around on the couch throwing pillows as they waited for the other three to get changed.
