Back2School / Brides Stress

~Chapter Forty-One~
Just a disclaimer, I have never been to a wedding, so the whole shopping experience is definitely going to be very off from the real deal.

Killua and Gon had finally started going back to school again, and as usual they were hanging out with the two homo’s Carlos and Kayden during morning break. They were talking about each of their breaks and what they did to celebrate the holidays, and once that short conversation ended Carlos had brought up a place that needed hires.

(since Gon and Killua keep forgetting to get jobs. Or- I keep forgetting to add a part where they go to get jobs..) 

It was a small shop that was actually pretty close to the school, so if anything the two could check it out immediately after school. “What hires do they need? If it’s heavy lifting I’m definitely out,” Killua mumbled with a lazy laugh. The others laughed as well. “It's nothing that extreme, the store just needs a few cashiers. Heard the others quit because some shitty manager owned it. I think it’s under new management though?” Carlos replied, not completely sure.

Killua and Gon both nodded, and Gon started writing a reminder down on a piece of paper. Once the bell had rang, the group split up to their first class of the day.

~Pov Switch~

Kurapika had taken the day off to plan more of his wedding, and he decided to take this chance to catch up with an old friend of his.

“Kurapika, calm down please! You’ve been pacing back and forth for over ten minutes. Please have a seat,” Melody murmured worriedly as she patted a spot on the couch. The two hadn’t seen one another in at least a solid six months. And even with Kurapika only being there for fifteen minutes, Melody had already been completely caught up with (almost) everything in the blonde’s life.

Kurapika was extremely nervous for the wedding, the planning was basically finished, all that was needed was to find a dress. Kurapika decided to choose Melody to be his brides maid, since she was practically his only friend. (Gon and Kil are his babies, duh)

“You said the wedding is next week, correct?” Melody asked as Kurapika finally sat down. He gave a shaky nod as he fidgeted his fingers. Melody nodded in reply, getting up and walking to the kitchen. She grabbed some warm tea from the stove that she had prepared earlier, knowing it would help with Kurapika’s nerves. Once she poured the two cups, Melody returned to the living room and handed Kurapika his tea.

~Pov Switch~

Killua sighed as he stared impatiently at the clock, waiting for the bell to ring. There was still five more minutes until break. He was in math class, his least favorite. Killua’s foot tapped at the floor, and the moment the teacher started wrapping up the lesson Killua rushingly put everything in his bag.
He just couldn't stand that annoying explanation, and not just that but he had a strong and randomly gay urge to kiss Gon nonstop. Chill out on the homo, Killua. He thought to himself as he stormed out of the class at the sound of the bell. He reached the group, only to see his boyfriend wasn't there. “Where’s Gon?” Killua asked the two. They both just gave a shrug. Killua immediately walked away from the spot, speed walking across the entire campus.

The moment he saw a hint of green hair, Killua sprinted towards the empty hall Gon was in. Gon had an awkward expression, mixed in with hidden fear. Anger filled Killua as he saw the situation. Gon was pinned against the wall by some random dude, who must’ve been trying to flirt with Gon. None of the two noticed Killua walking up to them. And before he even knew what he was doing, Killua had the rando held up in a chokehold, (The way hisoka held Gon ifykyk) his claws out on the other hand ready to kill this motherfucker.
