i just woke about 30 minutes ago. i'm somewhat ready for the day i'm still in pjs but i fixed my hair and did my morning routine. when i get to my apartment i'll change and all that. it's just really early and we have a lot of stuff to do today. eddie wants to come over to help out today and i told he's welcome to help so he'll be here sometime today. hayley's taking all her stuff downstairs right now. i have everything of mines already at the door and the uhaul is outside my dad picked it up. zahki and meko and jude are up getting ready for school jude's gonna transfer to north cali today he's been going to a private school because of my dads job and he wanted jude safe but since hayley and i are going back there he's gonna send jude there too since it's a great school.
hayley gets downstairs with some of her bags from her room, "morning hayley" i say
"morning" she says. she leaves her bags at the door and starts going back to her room upstairs to get the rest. my dad came up to me from outside.
"you can start putting your stuff in i'll help you girls" dad says
i stretch and groan, "it's too early for this i can't even think straight" i say
"you just need some breakfast" dad says
i yawn, "and maybe a nap" dad adds on
i smile at him and he laughs. we start loading the stuff on the uhaul and eventually hayley started to help us once all her stuff was downstairs. my step mom could've helped but she had to get the boys ready for school and take them too. not jude tho he can drive now. once we were done loading it was 8:30 and our step mom and the boys were eating in the kitchen when we came back in the house.
"ok you girls double check if you left anything before we get on the road" dad says
hayley and i go check our rooms and i didn't see anything i didn't take in there other than the bed but that's not mine. i walk out of my room and walk to hayley's just as she was coming out and we bump into each other.
"girl watch out" hayley says
i chuckle, "sorry i was coming to get you" i say
"i was coming out the room at some point you didn't need to get me buddy" she says as we go back downstairs.
we go to the kitchen with everyone else, "you better show me an apartment tour" jude says to me
i nod, "i will" i say
"you girls have a safe trip ok?" casey says
she group hugs me and hayley and we hug her back. when we broke the hug i noticed hayley wearing the necklace jayden gave her. it made me smile to myself, "we'll be safe... we should get going dad mom is on her way back to la" i say
"mom should've took half of our stuff from san diego in her car because we loaded so much shit my back hurts" hayley says
we laugh, "alright let's go girls" dad says
we have everyone hugs and our dad kisses casey bye and we leave. me and hayley took my car and our dad drove the uhaul for us to the apartment. hayley did make me stop by starbucks for breakfast on the way there though😐.

we're here now. i had to check in all by myself and it was overwhelming because i didn't have my mom there to tell me what to say so my dad helped me for a second but left me again i wanted to hit him🙄. but i got the information done at the front desk and they gave me two keys for the door. just in case i lose the other one. this is a $1,000 monthly rent for this apartment. which is crazy but this is just temporary i plan on leaving from la at the end of senior year. we're outside of the door with all of our baggage the people at the lobby gave us these things you can put your stuff on to keep us from going all the way back downstairs and up here again. one of the workers are pulling the other luggage cart for us we couldn't get.
