today i got a lot to do. our album is dropping along with our solos tonight at 10. our music video for our most wanted song is dropping tonight too which means big income is coming our way. we've been doing a lot of gigs. and sponsors so we're in our bag real bad. i'm very financially stable.
so today all we're doing is making changes to the last song we recorded together and going to a photoshoot that's it. and we'll split ways for the day unless we decide to hangout but most of the time we both wanna just go see our babies.
i'm in the kitchen finishing making breakfast and my mom is up with me i made her coffee and we've been talking while she's at the counter as i cook. i've gotten better i wanted to be better for jayden and my baby. i wanna be able to cook better for them because jayden's normally cooking and it's always so good so i wanna be good too.
eli is staying here with my besties while i work my mom will be in town until monday so hayley's here sleeping in her room mom stayed the night as well.
"how's the coffee?" i ask mom
"it's delicious" mom says
i chuckle, "you can have more half and half if you want jayden left a lot for me because i was craving it when i was pregnant" i say
i saw her smile, "she really loves you i see" mom says
i blush, "yeah" i say
i fix her a plate and give it to her, "i tried to make breakfast simple as possible so i didn't mess it up" i say to mom
she smiles, "it looks great but does it taste great" mom says
i smile, "don't make me nervous mom" i say
she takes a bite of the eggs and ate some bacon with it. she nods as her eyes lit up. i smile, "good?" i ask
"it's so good mm" mom mumbles
i fix myself a plate, "you added the perfect amount of seasoning this time it's perfect good job" mom says
"thank you mom" i say
i start eating. we continue to eat and talk for about 7 minutes we were done with our food, "i got you" i say
i take her plate and mine and put it in the sink, "you know i saw how you were treating hayley yesterday and it made me realize that you really do love her" mom says
i smile a bit, "of course i do that's my baby sister"
i saw my mom smirking, "well... hayley really enjoys being with you and i see her spark when she's with you and i don't know.. i think she needs her big sister around instead of being alone she doesn't smile like that when she's at your tía's" mom says
"yeah i know she be wanting to stay with me but i respect your rules and i left her in la for her safety i still don't know if the gang stuff is over i'm worried about eli being here" i say
mom nods, "i know you are but i'm sure it's over check this" mom says
she shows me something on her phone and it's a news letter saying that 3 members were arrested for shooting hayley the cops caught them and i never even knew. my jaw drops, "when did they get arrested?" i ask
"two nights ago they found them and the fbi is doing a search on the gang to find the rest of them to get arrested too and they actually want you to testify in court to make the case stronger" mom says
"mom i can't do that no they will come after me if i go to the media or cops and it fails" i say
"it couldn't fail" mom says
