"Is everyone done? And please make sure you guys haven't forgotten anything, because there is no way in hell that I'm turning around the car once we're on the road. So, if you forget to pack everything, then buy a new one." Yoongi grumbled, getting the last of the suitcases in the trunk of their car with the help of Hobi. Jungkook was already sitting inside with Eunie on his lap, while Taehyung was looking at him, feeling sad. Jimin seemed to notice his best friend's expression and he immediately went towards him.

"What happened, Tae? You look worried. Are you still thinking about the incident? Try to forget about it, Tae. See, your Bunny is safe and sound. So, don't dwell on it and ruin your mood." Jimin said, trying to console his friend.

"I'm not thinking about that, Chim. I'm just worried about bun. He hasn't spoken to me properly since yesterday. He only answers when I ask him something and other times he seems lost somewhere, like now. I can feel that something is bothering him, but everytime I try to ask him what's wrong, he changes the topic and tells me that he is tired and he wants to sleep. And I don't know what to do and how to make him like before." Taehyung said, rubbing his forehead in frustration.

"Tae, Bunny just went through a trauma. It scared the hell out of us. Then just imagine how much it must've scared him. You can't expect him to be all smiley and happy immediately after going through something like that. Just give him some time, Tae. I'm sure your Bunny will be back to normal once he's back home and in familiar surroundings. So, stop overthinking and just behave normally with him, so that he can forget about it sooner." Jimin advised.

"But, if that's the case then why wouldn't he talk to me about it? Why would he avoid me instead of sharing his fears with me?" Taehyung asked, still doubtful. His gut told him that there was something more serious going on with Jungkook and he felt helpless to not be able to do anything.

"Not everyone deals with traumas the same way, Tae. You know that better than anyone. Definitely, talking it out helps. But, sometimes all someone needs is a bit of time and patience. So, just give him some time and try to be patient. When he is ready to share his worries with you, he'd come to you by himself. And if he doesn't then you take the first step. Now, come on, stop looking like someone stole your favourite candy and let's get going." Jimin said, pulling Taehyung along with him.

The group got in their vehicle and finally said their goodbyes to the lake house. Taehyung looked at Jungkook who was already looking outside the window and sighed. There was a gap of one person between them and he hated the distance between them. He wanted to pull Jungkook close to him or go closer to him, but he stayed put and decided to let him be for the time being. He couldn't talk to him in the car in front of everyone anyways. So, he decided to wait until they reached home to have that talk.

"What is it? Is he not picking up?" Minjae asked, getting impatient

"What is it? Is he not picking up?" Minjae asked, getting impatient.

"I'm sorry, young man, but the call is not getting connected. I'll try again after some time." Mrs. Song said, making everyone impatient.
