72) My Angel

"So, we have decided to get you both married." Jiwoo announced while having breakfast, making both Jungkook and Taehyung choke on their food. It's been a week since Jungkook came back from the hospital and Taehyung has been staying with them. Jimin and Yoongi returned back to Daegu after just two days, while Taehyung stayed since he is still jobless and the new clinic is still under the construction stage, so basically he doesn't have anything to do. So, when the Jeon family insisted on them staying longer, he didn't refuse.

"Appa, atleast give a warning before you drop a bomb like this. See, you made Hyung choke." Jungkook said, patting Taehyung's back and making him drink water.

"It's still nothing compared to the bomb both of you dropped on us. And besides, you're lucky that I haven't shot your boyfriend for getting you pregnant before marriage. The only reason I haven't done that is because you didn't have your memories then. So, it isn't entirely his fault. Now that's been said, you both are getting married before the baby comes. You can choose the time and the date, but it's happening and I'm sure Taehyung doesn't have any issue, right?" Jiwoo asked, glaring at Taehyung, who gulped down the saliva before nodding his head like an obedient puppy.

"Appa, stop bullying him and you can't force him for marriage." Jungkook said, glaring at his father.

"You keep quiet young man. I don't know what is with the kids in this family, becoming parents out of wedlock. I didn't raise you up like this. Haven't you ever heard of condoms? And you, you're a doctor, right? So, how could you be so irresponsible? And, now you're fighting with your parents for asking you to get married. If you know what's good for you, then shut up and listen, unless you want me to whoop your ass." Hyejin stated, making Taehyung choke once again while Jiwon and Jungkook looked down, embarrassed.

"Eomma, how can you say something like that?" Jungkook whined, completely red in embarrassment. He couldn't believe his mother would say something like that in front of everyone.

"Why? Are you feeling embarrassed? You didn't feel embarrassed doing the deed, but talking about it makes you feel shy. Unbelievable." Hyejin said, making Jungkook wish for the ground to open up and swallow him whole. Taehyung on the other hand was getting shock after shock and he didn't know how to handle the situation he was in. till now, he had thought of Mr & Mrs. Jeon as strict and courteous. But, the words that were coming out of their mouth said otherwise and he realized that he may have misjudged their nature. If anything, they sound exactly like Jimin which freaked him out.

"uhm...Mr & Mrs. Jeon, I have no objection to marrying Bunny. But, if you don't mind then I would like to do things the proper way and propose him myself. I apologize if I gave you the impression that I wasn't going to marry him. That isn't true. I love him and nothing would make me happier than to marry the love of my life. And when I decide to propose him, it'll be because I want him to be mine forever and not because he's pregnant. The baby is a symbol of our love, not the reason for it. So, please be assured that I have absolutely no intention of letting go of your son." Jungkook smiled down shyly as Taehyung talked and both Mr & Mrs. Jeon were also impressed with Taehyung.

Though they were still a bit salty about the whole Minjae thing, but in just one week they have accepted that Jungkook's choice wasn't bad. They even fell in love with the little girl, but then again she's just a kid, so it wasn't that difficult to love her, but Taehyung was a whole different case. They thought he was a bit cold and rigid and wondered how their bubbly son fell in love with the cold ass. But, after observing him for the past one week, they have realized that even if he's cold, he never fails to show Jungkook his love.

The way his eyes always follows Jungkook's movement and the way he place his hand on his waist everytime Jungkook is near or the way he makes Jungkook eat his vegetables with just one look, shows how much he loves their son. And most of the time Taehyung would be doing these things out of pure instinct rather than a conscious action. Taehyung doesn't realize that he was doing all this, but to the eagle eye's of Hyejin and Jiwoo, it was clear as day and they were slowly warming up to him.
