40) Catch me if you can

"Ok, that's it. I'm done with your stupid ass. If we lose one more time because of your whiny ass, I'm going to fucking throw my hands on you. I dragged you here because I couldn't take your whining anymore and thought to give myself a break. But here you are once again ruining my otherwise perfect evening with your constant whining. I swear to God, Kim Taehyung, I'm very close to losing my patience and you do not want to see what'll happen when I lose my patience." Yoongi said, glaring daggers at his friend.

"You are talking about losing your patience. Atleast you don't have to deal with him everyday. You could just choose not to answer his calls. Me on the other hand has to deal with him the entire day and I don't even have the luxury of avoiding him, since we work in the same place. I swear these past few weeks I even thought of resigning and moving to some other hospital and blocking his number permanently just to have some peace of mind." Hobi said, shooting a murderous glance towards Taehyung, who was looking at his friends with a betrayed look.

"Waah, I can't believe this is how my friends think of me. Here I am dealing with the biggest crisis of my life and instead of supporting me, you guys are shouting at me and calling me names. What friends I have?" Taehyung said in disbelief, making Yoongi and Hobi roll their eyes.

"Oh please, give us a fucking break. Ever since you fell in love all you ever talk about is Bunny this and Bunny that. And God forbid you face even a tiny problem in your relationship, you act as if it is the end of the fucking world. Well, news flash Romeo, we don't give a damn." Yoongi yelled in frustration.

It's been two weeks since they came back from Seoul and from the outside everything looked perfect and completely fine with Taehyung and Jungkook's relationship. But if you look closely, you'd see that nothing was fine, or in short Taehyung was not fine. Ever since that night in the resort, Taehyung has been avoiding any kind of physical intimacy with Jungkook. It wasn't that he didn't want to touch his Bunny, infact it was the complete opposite.

He wanted to not only touch him, but do a lot more than just kissing or making out. It was already difficult for Taehyung to control himself when it came to Jungkook, but after that night his desire for Jungkook increased tenfold and he was finding it increasingly difficult to not to get carried away everytime they touch or kiss each other. And he didn't want to overstep his boundaries and make Jungkook uncomfortable. So, what was his solution? You guessed it. Not touch him at all. Simple. No touching, no problem.

It worked for the first couple of days, barely. But after that he started seeing a major flaw in his plan. Because when he avoided any kind of intimacy with his Bunny, Jungkook started getting touchy with him. He would always initiate kisses or hugs with Taehyung and has become even more clingy than usual, making Taehyung's life difficult. And the more Taehyung tries to stay away from him, the more Jungkook sticks to him like a Koala.

So, when his brilliant plan of not touching Jungkook was not working out, he came up with another brilliant plan, which was to leave early everyday and stay till late in the hospital, that way Jungkook would already be sleeping by the time he reached home. Again, solid plan, but now there was another problem. Taehyung was missing Jungkook like hell. And it made his friend's life hell as well. How you may ask?

Well, Taehyung started spending almost all his free time with Hobi to distract himself from thinking about his Bunny. He followed him around everywhere or just showed up unannounced at his cabin at all times of the day to talk about how much he was missing his Bunny. And Hobi wasn't the only one suffering. Because when Hobi was busy, Taehyung would call Yoongi and would insist on speaking to him for hours, making Yoongi curse him in all languages. The only person who escaped from Taehyung's torture was Jimin, but only because Taehyung knows Jimin would just curse him out or probably block his number if he called him.
