Izuku didn't stop running while he carried Eri with one of his arms and pulling (y/n)'s along by his hand. (Y/n) could feel a sharp pain in her side but she tried to ignore it as the adrenaline that rushed through her body made her set on escaping the scene with Eri and Izuku. They both didn't know how long it had been but they both stopped, heavily panting in the process. Midoriya let Eri go to the ground, dropping down as he leaned his back against a wall in exhaustion. (Y/n) did the same as well but she tried her best to hold herself up while her legs were throbbing in a bit of pain. Eri quickly embraced (y/n), gripping her shirt tightly as she started to weep.

"I'm so glad you're okay." (Y/n) sighed, hugging the child back while breathing heavily. Izuku ran his fingers through his hair, touching his face and holding breath for a moment. The plan worked. He had so much doubt that Deku would ever go with the plan but it all worked in his favor. But better yet...he was back in his body. His original body. He wanted to cry from happiness as a moment of celebration but now wasn't the time. The boy lifted himself up, using the wall for support.

"(Y/n), you need to go back to Todoroki's house. I don't know if Deku still has his cloning quirk. But I'll stay behind with Eri." Izuku planned out but (y/n)'s attention snapped towards him while still holding Eri.

"Stay behind with Eri?" She questioned.

"Eri needs to go to a hospital. I'll make an anonymous report about the situation and the authorities will find Eri," Izuku stated as he got up from the floor and walked to Eri, placing a hand on her shoulder and started to gently rub it, "she'll get treatment and they'll bring her back to you. Everything needs to look normal and you cannot be involved. No matter what." Izuku finished saying. (Y/n) looked down at Eri and made eye contact with her, nodding as she placed a small kiss on Eri's forehead. Giving one tight hug, the teen let go of the child and started to run back to Shoto's house. It pained her to not be there for Eri. She had just been rescued but the teen couldn't stay longer to comfort her at a time like this.

Every house (y/n) passed made her anxious. What if a citizen recognized her or even worse, what if she ran into a pro hero? She had avoided taking her phone everywhere as much as possible but in times of being caught up in situations like this- it was absolutely nerve-wrecking at the thought of being caught. Passing behind house after house, (y/n) could see Todoroki's house at the corner. Putting more power in her steps, the (h/c) girl pushed herself to run faster and reaching the fence. Her body collided onto the bars, making her quickly shuffle the locks to open it.

Hearing the small 'click' sound made her sigh heavily, rushing to close the gates and running to the side of the house that displayed her window. Her fingers wedged themselves under the window, opening it as she hopped onto the frame. Inside her room was a clone of her. She was sitting on the edge of the bed, but it was different. The clones skin started to melt into chunky black blobs, spreading out onto the floor when it hit the ground.

(Y/n) carefully entered through her window but hesitated on moving closer to her clone. It started to cough, seeing more of that black mass fall onto the floor from its mouth. It wasn't long before the clone fell off the corner and began to shake. (Y/n) kept her distance, feeling a queasy feeling in her stomach as she saw the clone of herself melt away. It looked like the black mass had a foul aroma but...there wasn't. The body on the floor started to dissolve, breaking down the 'bones' in the body to mimic decay. Within a short time frame the body was gone but there wasn't nothing left but that black liquid on the ground. The girl still stood hesitantly. The black mass on the floor was too familiar to Deku's entity quirk. She had to get rid of it but what if it could infect her more?

Carefully stepping around it, the girl grabbed an old shirt from her closet and tossed it to the floor. She wanted the black liquid soak itself into the shirt, staining the once colorful fabric and turning it completely black. The girl swallowed her saliva in fright, turning into her closet for more clothes to clean it up with. She couldn't risk using cleaning products like sponges or rags from Todoroki's kitchen because it would be evidence. In her mind, this was the blood that ran through her and Deku's body. That shared connection they had that was forced. Dropping her clothing into the infected area, she stepped back once more to see the black liquid soak into the clothes. The liquid seemed to...move. It inched itself closer to the fabrics, embedding the material until it was no longer on the floor.
