Third person p.o.v
Kicking and screaming at the top of his lungs, Midoriya did everything in his power to resist and get out of the hold of the F.B.I agents that carried him. A blindfold was placed over his eyes, preventing him to use the telekinetic ability he had from killing off everyone in his sight. The strong grip on his injured arm made tears form in his eyes on the way of his walking. Not a second went by that he had given up on trying to get free.
"LET ME GO! GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME! DON'T TAKE ME AWAY FROM (Y/N)!" Izuku screamed as he continued to jerk his body around. His heart raced with anxiety from not being able to see his surroundings, making every second scary.
"DABI! TOGA! TWICE! ANYONE, ARE YOU THERE?!" The greenette screamed loudly again, hoping one of his 'friends' would hear his cries. The guards came to a halt while still holding Izuku in his place. There was a few buttons pressed, making the sound of each correct number echo throughout the large and empty hallway. Within a few seconds the metal doors opened, violently pushing the villain inside the cold white room. The two guards that pushed him down placed straight jacket around his body, only to have ear piercing screams ring in their ears. Both guards tried to dodge every move that Izuku threw at them as it only made Midoriya all the more angry. The metal collar that was strapped around his neck injected a small needle into his skin, making him welp in shock. For some odd reason, Izuku went silent. His body started to relax and his screams came to a stop. Midoriya built up the strength to at least say a word...but his chest felt heavy.
"H...Help..." he said very faintly. It was almost like a small sigh that no one would understand. The guards proceeded to strap Izuku down in a chair, tying the straps of the straight jacket to the back of furniture. His legs were strapped as well but they placed a clamp around his torso with a chain that was connected to the ceiling, giving him little to no space to move his body. Once Izuku was completely secured, they left the room, allowing another person to enter in. A woman walked into the isolated room, observing her surroundings. Her heels clicked along with the flooring, giving the signal to Midoriya that someone else was here.
"Let me out. Get this blindfold off of me! Please!" He begged the woman, trying to move at least an inch of his body.
"Now you know how (y/n) felt. Poor girl." The lady replied, sitting on another chair that was in front of a small desk with cuffs attached to them.
"Who the hell are you?" Izuku questioned the anonymous person with a low growl.
"My name is Mrs. Riku. I'm going to be your psychiatrist. I hope we meet on good standards, Mr. Midoriya." The psychiatrist said, placing her clipboard down. Her red eyes stared at the boy in front of her, wondering what would be the right approach.
"You know exactly why you're here, don't you?" Riku asked, fixing her black hair away from her eyes. No response. A small hum filled the silence and she smirked to herself.
"Why don't you tell me about (y/n)? She seems like a good person-"
"Dont you dare say her name. Only I can say her name." Izuku interrupted her rudely. His psychiatrist was taken back a bit but she proceeded with her questions.
"I'm sorry, I won't make that mistake again. Why don't you tell me about her?" Riku asked once more. Izuku stayed quiet for a few seconds but a small smile formed onto his face.
"She...was my only best friend. We've been with each other since we were born. Fate brought us...she's so kind, strong, brave, and just an overall amazing girl. She had a strong quirk too, fit to be a hero. She wouldn't hesitate to help someone if they were in danger...especially me. Any trouble I was in she would do everything in her power to solve my problem. She's just so...amazing." The villain went on as he continued to smile.
"How do you feel about her?" Riku asked another question, writing down the previous response he had given her.
"She...she makes me feel emotions I would never feel for anyone. I love her so much, she is the girl I want by my side forever. I just...I just wish I was better for her...hearing her screams haunt me every night, every horrible act that I have caused onto her makes me sick to my stomach, and it hurts me...alot...to know that I have done inhuman things to her," his lips began to quiver a bit, "it kills me every day of my life, that she is suffering because if me." He finished. Riku narrowed her eyes to Midoriya, having her quirk set into play. 'So he hasn't told a lie yet, huh? That's a shocker.', she thought to herself. But then an a small thought crossed her mind.
"Am I speaking to Izuku or Deku?" She asked, making the room silent. The greenette was brought back by her question but he tried to move his body.
"I-It's me, Izuku! Please believe me!" He yelled, desperately wanting his psychiatrist to believe.
"I believe you. I can tell when you're lying to me." Riku smirked, fixating her eyes on her clipboard.
"W-Wait. Mrs. Riku...where am I? What is this prison?" Izuku asked.
"You're in the A. G. R institution. It stands for aberration genetic research. It's an institution for villains like you, who are insane, a threat to society, and blood hungry stay here to have you studied. We will do whatever means necessary to understand the minds of those who are here. Its also a prison as well and has the same system. You know the collar on your neck? It injects a serum we created to slow down your quirk(s) so you don't use it when your outside your room or during your time here. It injects into your system every hour and don't worry, there's no key to taking that thing off." Mrs. Riku explained, gathering her things as she got up from her seat.
"It was nice speaking to you Izuku. I hope we do meet soon for our next session." She said, exiting out the door. Izuku was now left alone, not a single sound was made. The pain still continued in his arm from when he used One for All.
"Why did things...lead to this?" He spoke to himself. His raspy breathing was the only thing he could hear from himself.
"Why did you let things go...so dark? Why couldn't you be stable...taken your meds...and just taken care of yourself? I have...I have to change...for (y/n)'s sake...and for her sanity..."
