In stillness, it feels like. An excruciating three weeks had passed since the incident in (y/n)'s neighborhood. She had lost everything- her parents, her home, and now Eri. The echoing of her cries could be heard every time Shoto or his sister walked by her room, reminding them that these events are still haunting (y/n)- as it would for anyone else. Their hearts dropped at the sound of (y/n)'s desperate attempt to grasp what really had happened but they kept their distance. But to the sorrowful girl, it was more than that. It was the finale of her life. It feels like confirmation that Deku was a step closer to sinking his teeth into (y/n)'s soul- the deal they first made. It was only a matter of time before she may have to say goodbye to Izuku.

(Y/n) hasn't gone to school within these three weeks nor bothered to leave her room besides from using the restroom. Even when Fuyumi convinced her to eat, it would only be small portions and water, bringing the plates to her room, and nothing more. Bakugou would come by to drop off homework for (y/n) but every time he returned, there were no papers to give back to Aizawa. To Shoto's surprise, Bakugou kept coming back and tried to get to talk to (y/n) but she wouldn't budge out of her room- let alone even speak.

The (h/c) girl laid in her bed, arms wrapped around a pillow and half of her body covered in a blanket. Her eyes were throbbing and felt tight from the amount of crying she had been having. Her headache sent a wave of pain through her, making her groan a bit. Leaning over her bed, she grabbed a bottle of water and sleeping medication. Pouring a bit over the line of what was recommended, the girl drank the syrup, following it down with the water. Soon, she'll just sleep without having to stay up another night thinking. In all honesty, she was thinking about Eri and where she was. The other thing was about Midoriya. The way he held her, telling her everything was going to be okay when he clearly was putting up a strong front. His mother died too and he needed (y/n), she knew it. How is he going to manage all of this?

"(Y/n), I'm sorry to bother you but could you please come out? Mr. Tsukauchi and All Might are here to question you." Fuyumi's muffled voice said to (y/n) on the other side of the door. Deeply sighing, (y/n) got up, feeling her head spinning as she got up to walk to the door. Upon opening her bedroom door, the light immediately blinded her, making her shield her eyes and rub them to adjust. Fuyumi greeted the girl with a small smile and guided her to the living room where Tsukauchi and All Might were waiting. Sitting down, (y/n)'s movements were slouchy, having the side of her head being supported up by her hand. Tsukauchi immediately grabbed out an audio tape recorder and placed it on the coffee table.

"Hello Miss. (y/n), how're you holding up?" Tsukauchi started off with his question. The girl was dozing off for a moment before she snapped out of it a little.

"I'm...fine." The girl lied, having the man nod at her response. All Might's eyes examined (y/n)'s facial expression, seeing her red puffy eyes and her cheeks a bit sunken in.

"Just to let you know, if you need to take a break from our questions, just let us know, okay?" All Might informed (y/n) but she only nodded. She could hear Tsukauchi take a deep breath in before speaking up.

"So, to start off, what do you remember from that day?" Tsukauchi began to question, making (y/n) think back to that day.

"I remember walking home from school with my friends and everything was normal. I had a nightmare that night and I needed to go for a walk." (Y/n) partially lied, having Tsukauchi's brow raised in suspicion.

"Why was your first thought about walking late that night? From our records, we saw no movement during the time of the attack from your phone. Why didn't you take your phone?" Tsukauchi questioned, making (y/n)'s heart speed up.

"In all honesty...I didn't want someone tailing me when I needed a moment of peace. I know it's not the smartest thing to do at a time like this but I just wanted things to feel normal." (Y/n) lied again, looking down at her lap as she explained her reasoning behind her actions.
