Izuku kept his back to the wall, his eyes darting to different bodies that were huddled in a circle. It was just a couple of low petty thieves, not a major thing to be wary about but Izuku had no choice. He just had to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity since the trafficking of the serums was on the rise. He also had to make sure no one else would be after (y/n). With the coincidences that have been happening, you never know.

"Izuku Midoirya?" A man's voice called from the darkness. Izuku immediately got into a fighting stance, charging up his gloves for an attack. The man who called him put his hands up, stepping out of the dark to show he meant no harm. But Midoriya kept his stance.

"My name is Mike. Do you remember me? You weren't in control of your body but Deku and I spoke briefly." The man, Mike, recalled as Izuku tilted his head to the side in slight confusion. But then he remembered hearing Mike's voice very faintly when Deku went somewhere with him.

"If you don't remember, I understand. I work for the HPSC. Madam President wishes for a moment of your time." Mike explained while he took a disposable phone out of his pocket. Midoirya lowered his defense, cautiously taking the phone and held it in his ear.

"Am I speaking to Izuku Midoriya?" Madam President questioned. Izuku swallowed a bit in nervousness and nodded to himself.

"This is him speaking." He confirmed, lowering his voice in case anyone could be nearby.

"I have a deal to offer you. If you don't take it, I will have no choice but to kill you." Madam President threatened. The boy's heart dropped, his breathing getting a bit shaky. His mind started to think of everything he's ever done but none of them could explain how the HPSC could suddenly be enemies with him.

"We know that you're being a vigilante under All Might's wing. We want to offer your freedom in this scheme Deku is playing. Ever since that incident at the festival downtown, we cannot afford any other stunts like that. We can't keep hiding him for long when he keeps making his presence known and it's only a matter of time before someone figures out that he's been working for us." Madam President bargained. Izuku looked at Mike with hesitation in his eyes but Mike just merely stood there, not showing any body language to urge him to side with them. It was all up to Midoriya to make the right choice.

"What's your plan?" Izuku asked.

"So, we will be using you as our cover up story. I will be sending Deku away to fight some petty criminals before we set out to capture, extract him from your body, and eliminate him. We will change every piece of your documentations, your families documents, and do everything we can to make it seem Deku was related to you since you both have the same body. We will have the media write your story that Deku was your long lost twin and you will go to prison on American soil...and you can never come back to Japan unless you have official business here. Every dollar that Deku has earned because of his bounties will automatically be yours when your sentencing is over. That way, the villains can keep fighting All Might, you will be a normal citizen, and you can live your life." Madam President thoroughly explained to Midoriya. He stared at the floor in utter disbelief. This was too good to be real but then again...he had to believe it. Fate was on his side when he now needed it most. It was all falling into place. Izuku didn't need a moment before he spoke up.

"I'm in. Just tell me what I need to do." Izuku immediately agreed.

"There's not much you can do besides wait in the shadows or gain an advantage for us to take Deku down. Just don't cause any scenes in the meantime." Madam president instructed Midoriya before she hung up the phone. Izuku's hand fell to his side, replaying the conversation about the deal he was offered. He has to leave everything behind when this is over...does that include (y/n)? Either way...he had no one else here besides the potential friends he could have had...and Bakugou.
