Jane walks towards the Dark Elves ship to make sure the leader of the Dark Elves was actually gone. As soon as she gets to an opening to see everything, she sees Thor lying on the ground face down. He isn't moving.
As Jane is looking at Thor, she hears a loud sound coming from the Dark Elf ship. Jane looks up. Suddenly, the ship starts to crumble. Jane rushes towards Thor. She needs to get him out of the way.
Jane: Thor! No!
Jane gets to Thor and immediately kneels down to grab him. Jane then turns Thor over, grabs his arm, and starts to pull him out of the way. But Thor is way too heavy for Jane to move him. In the moment, Selvig arrives on the scene and watches Jane try to pull Thor out of the way.
Jane: Come on!
Selvig: Jane!
The ship starts to fall. Jane is not able to move Thor. She throws herself on top of him and holds on to him with her eyes closed. Just as the ship is about to land on the both of them, the ship disappears. A device was stuck on the ship, so Selvig was able to make it disappear.
Selvig: Everybody okay?
Jane gets up and looks up at Selvig. The ship was gone. Thank god. They were all safe. Earth was safe. They stopped the Dark Elves. But Thor was still not moving. He was still just laying there on the ground.
Jane: Thor? Wake up. Please.
Thor still doesn't move. Jane hugs Thor. She tries to listen to his heart to make sure he is alive. Thor eventually becomes conscious and opens his eyes to see Jane laying on him. Him and Jane have been friends for many years. He's only seen her as a friend because of his marriage but now him and Y/N are separated. In the moment, he felt more for Jane.
That night, Magni and Modi are hanging out together. Magni brings Modi down to the dungeon. Thor has brought Magni down to the dungeon before but never Modi. Thor has always found himself closer to Magni since he was the first born child/heir. Y/N has always been closer to Thena. Modi has felt like the odd one out for some time now. He always tries to connect with his family. Magni thought it would be interesting to show Modi the dungeon and the prisoners but also talk to his brother again about their parents separation.
Ever since Thor and Y/N let the children know about their separation from their marriage, Modi has been in a funk. Modi feels like his whole world is falling apart. First, his grandmother passes away, then his grandfather goes off world, and now his parents are separated from their marriage. Modi just can't let this go. He knows something is going on that his parents aren't saying. Everything is changing too fast for him.
Modi: why are we down here?
Magni: Modi.
Modi: What?
Magni: I just feel like you've been off since we found out mother and father are separating. You haven't been participating that much in training. There's nothing we can do. We just have to get used it.
Modi: Everything is changing here.
Magni: Brother.
Modi: Magni, you know I'm right. Asgard just isn't the same. It all started with grandmother's passing. They told us the separation wouldn't affect us to much but it already has. Mother disappeared. Father is off world. We are totally on our own.
Magni: True, but it will be okay.
Modi: Fine. I'll get over it.
Magni: If it's really bothering you just talk to Mother or Father. But come on lets go. I want to show you the prisoners in the dungeon. I'll teach you what father taught me.
The next morning, Y/N wakes up in Loki's bed. Y/N sits up and looks over at Loki. He is still sleeping. Yesterday, Loki and Y/N spent the entire day and night together. Being with Loki made her forget about everything and everyone. It was just him and her. But it was time to snap back into reality. Y/N knew it was time to get back to her queen duties. She needs to check in with her children as well. Y/N gets out of Loki's bed. Y/N doesn't want to wake Loki, so she gets up quietly and walks out of the room. She decided that she'd let Loki sleep as long as he can. This is the first time Loki has really slept since being back in Asgard.
Y/N plans on coming back to Loki's chambers sometime soon to make sure Loki is wearing the chains again. But incase, on the way to her chambers, she lets a guard know that if she isn't by Loki's chambers within two hours, they should go inside and make sure his chains are on. The guard agreed and didn't ask any questions which Y/N appreciated. Y/N then goes to her chambers and gets herself ready for the day.
