Mariam's POV:
"Hey sweetie, how you doing?" I heard a voice whisper in my ear.
I immediately recognized the voice and woke up from disgust. As I sat up, I had to hold my stomach in pain. I looked down to see that my dress was covered in blood from the waist down. Dear god, my baby.
"Where am I?" I managed to croak out. I looked behind the guy and saw a guy who I new bit couldn't put a finger on.
"Honey, your in Chase's home, lovely right!" The guy exclaimed as the guy behind him came up and stood next to where I was on the floor.
"Let me introduce myself sweetheart, I'm Chase." He said as he stuck a hand out for me to shake. There was no way in hell that I was going to shake his hand.
"Let me introduce myself, you bastard, I am Mariam and I'm sure you know who my husband is and I want to let you know that you will not get away with this." I said and his eyes widened at my reply.
"Don't be talking like that to me princess!" He said as he raised his voice at me slightly.
I felt an intense pain in my stomach and I closed my eyes in pain. I think my baby is still alive.
"What's wrong sweetheart?" He asked as he put his hand on my shoulder.
"Please get someone to check on my baby." I managed to say as I shrugged his hand off me.
He has no right to touch me whatsoever.
"Only on one condition." He said and I shook my head. What does he want?
"What is it?" I snapped at him and he put a hand to his chin as he paced around me.
"What is your condition?" I asked as I squeezed my eyes shut harder, as a way to forget about the pain.
Shane, where are you?
"First, bring me a doctor!" I yelled as a tear slid down my cheek.
I flinched as he stepped forward and wiped it away in a second.
"Don't touch me!" I cried louder.
"Okay, I won't just chill." He said and I brought my knees to my chest and wrapped my arms around myself tightly.
"Mariam, I wouldn't hurt you." He said and I couldn't believe him.
He is like my father all over again.
"Get her a doctor fast, Jake!" He said to the guy standing next to him, he was the same guy who brought me here.
"Hang in there." He said and I ignored him.

I have been very super busy this week. I'm moving to Palestine on June 9th. we are trying to get packed and today I had a party to go to. Then tomorrow I have a huge family reunion at my aunts house. Then my dar Sedo/Jido (Grandparents) are leaving on May 27th. I'll will try to update, just bare with me.
