"Holy shit." Glenn gasped as he moved closer towards Tony's dead body.

"Is everyone alright?" Rick asked. Earning nods from Hershel, Glenn and Charlotte.

"Oh, god." I gasped and gagged. I moved away from them all puking up all remnants of anything I had in my stomach. All the water, all the alcohol. Glenn quickly had moved beside me and rubbed my back. "I shot someone. A person. A real, live person." I groaned as I heaved.

"Y/n, you did what you had to do. You protected us, you protected Charlotte." Rick mentioned as he came close.

    "It's okay, Mom." Charlotte nodded.

"We should be heading back." Hershel said placing a hand on my shoulder.

Rick and Glenn both moved and grabbed what they could off the dead bodies of Dave and Tony. Charlotte stuck close to me rubbing my arm in a comforting manner, while Hershel looped his arm through my other. We walked together towards the door to exit Hatlin's bar when we heard another car pull up.

"Car. Car." Rick whispered quickly grabbing us and pulling us back. "Get down."

Hershel, Charlotte and I got behind one wall, while Rick and Glenn got down behind the other on the other side of the door. Another vehicle came zooming up the road and we heard there doors close.

"Dave? Tony?" A man's voice yelled out. "They said over here?"

"Yeah." A second man's voice said.

"I'm telling you, man, I heard shots." Another younger voice said.

"I saw roamers." The second voice mentioned. "Two streets over. Might be more around here."

"It's hot." One of them complained.

"We gotta get out of here."

"Dave! Tony!" They shouted getting closer to the bar door.

"Shut up, you idiot! You wanna attract 'em? Just stick close."

    "We're gonna find 'em."

    "Dude, he said stay close."

The shadows and voices seemed to have moved off elsewhere. Rick checked the windows but still could see them outside. He crawled over towards us as did Glenn.

"Why aren't they leaving?" Hershel whispered.

    "Would you?" Glenn asked.

"We can't sit here any longer." I whispered back harshly.

"Let's head out the back and make a run for the car." Rick suggested.

Suddenly as we all tried to get up and move we heard gunfire. Placing our butts right back on the ground against the walls.

"What happened?" One of the voices outside asked.

    "Roamer's, I nailed 'em."

"They've disappeared but their cars are still here." Another reported.

"I cleared those buildings. You guys get this one?"

    "No."

    "Me either."

"We're looking for Dave and Tony and no one thought to check the damn bar?" The voice scoffed.

Footsteps approached the bar doors leaving creaks along the way from the wooden porch outside. I held Charlotte close to me and she covered her mouth with her hands to stay even more quiet. The door began to open and Glenn jumped in front of it keeping it pushed close.
