We had come up with a plan to try and leave from the sewers. Sure enough as Jacqui had said there was a drainage tunnel inside the building down in the sub basements. Glenn and Morales went down the sewer shaft while the rest of us either watched the doors that the walkers were trying to come in from. Or we stood guard by the subbasements in case something went wrong.

When Glenn and Morales emerged again they informed us that there was no way we were using the tunnels to escape. Of course the sewer tunnels were a no go and the doors to the shopping center were getting weaker by the minute. The walkers had shattered the first layer of glass just as they had come back up.

"What did you find down there?' Rick asked quickly as we readied our guns to fire.

"Not a way out." Morales shook his head.

"We need to find a way. And soon." I pointed out as they began bashing themselves and their hands against the last layer of glass doors.

We rushed up to the roof again and used the binoculars we had to scout the streets.

"That construction site, those trucks... They always keep the keys on hand." Rick mentioned handing me the binoculars.

"I see it. But, uh, how exactly would we get to it? We'll never make it past that hoard." I pointed out concerned.

"You got me out of that tank." Rick said looking between Glenn and I.

"Yeah, but they were feeding. They were distracted." Glenn said.

"So unless you got another horse in your arsenal." I mentioned.

"Is there anyway for us to distract them again?"

"Right. Listen to him. He's onto somethin'. A diversion like on Hogan's heroes." Merle agreed.

"God, give it a rest." Jacqui scoffed at him.

"We could feed them you." I chuckled and Merle smiled giving me the finger.

"They're drawn by sound, right?" Rick mentioned.

"Right, like dogs. They hear a sound and they come." Glenn agreed quickly.

     "Alright, what else?"

"Aside from them hearing you?" Morales questioned him. "They see you, smell you and if they catch you, they eat you."

"They can tell us by smell?" Rick scoffed.

"Well, yeah." I nodded. "Can't you? They're dead, we're not."

"It is pretty distinct." Andrea agreed.

Rick gave us a look and led us down towards the shopping grounds again. Gathering supplies for the worst ever idea in my opinion.

"When I said they're dead, and we're not. This was not at all what came to mind to try and get by them." I gagged as I helped grabbed gloves and other protective gear.

The plan was that we were going to cover ourselves with dead corpses blood and guts to help mask our smell.

"Yeah, if bad ideas were an Olympic event, this would take the gold." Glenn gulped.

"He's right." Morales agreed as he walked up to Rick. "Just stop, okay? Take some time to think about this. Think it through."

"How much time?" Rick scoffed. "They already got through one set of doors, that glass won't hold forever."
