I fell, I hit the ground hard. My eyes opened widely to see the once gray-blue sky was now painted with big-fluffy white clouds. I rise to my knees. I can see my bag has been tossed a few feet away from me. I make my way over to it, placing it back on my shoulder, where is Sydney? I look around frantically for where she could have gone.
I start to get a little worried, feeling my stomach forming into a growing knot. I walk through the tree passageway, I can see that the sun is trying to descend over the horizon for the night.. It had to be getting close to the last ferry ride! We needed to make sure we didn't miss the ferry or Sydney and I would be staying here overnight.
I head back inside the Castle when I see nobody is outside, I could hear the sound of music and voices coming from the distance. I stopped for a moment and listened for which direction they were coming from. I head up the stairs and go towards the ballroom.
