Frances was yelling at my father, "you will not send Elias back out to sea when a war is happening soon." Thomas was holding Frances' shoulder. "Watch your tone," Thomas said.I didn't understand what was happening. Pescal raised his hand to his lips and whistled loudly, drawing everyone's attention. "King William. Please spek the rest of you shut up," Pescal said.
My father commanded the room."The kingdom of Erix are on ships headed towards our dock's and they will land on our port in a few days," my dad said. I need Pescal, Thomas, and Frances to lead my army! "I don't trust anyine else," my father said. I need Elias out on the sea. I can't trust anyone else to man the boats but him. Frances cut my father off yelling again.
"No! This will not happen. I will not be separated from my only brother when we may die." I understood why Frances was so upset. I heard the way he spoke about his brother. Frances loved his brother dearly with his whole heart. He just wanted to protect his family and that was honorable.
