I thanked him for the wonderful night and told him I'd see him tomorrow morning at some point. I sat down at my vanity and started contemplating how I would approach all the people who had been lying to me. Who could I trust and why were they all lying to me? The person who reported had reported that I was in Islaraven, could it have been someone I knew?
I had so many questions.I opened the drawer on my vanity and pulled out the hand drawn photo of me. I peered closer at the drawing examining every single detail. When we entered the drawing room earlier, I saw penmanship sketches that looked extremely similar to this. I wondered who had created those drawings.
I changed out of my dress and into my night slip dress from my wardrobe. I picked up my oil lantern off the wall and crept down to the drawing room. The door's to the drawing room were wide open and I could hear movement inside, it sounded like scratching.
