If I truly wanted to make a difference, I would need to start seeing what everyone else so clearly saw within me. I desperately needed to make a change, so I climbed aboard the carriage with Frances. The door closed shut behind us, announcing that we were on our way. Embarking on a new adventure into the unknown.. We passed through the castle gates, there was no turning back now. The carriage wheels bump rythmically against the dirt road.
Frances stared out the window longingly how I wished he would gaze at me like that. I was still confused about where he and I stood. Was Frances only pretending he still cared for me so I would help our nation, because he didn't need to? I would have helped our nation regardless of his feelings for me. Did Frances love me still?
