Any man in attendance at court would allude to the opportunity to obtain a woman with my status although I seemed to get attention everywhere I went. I only wanted one man's eyes on me. Since the war, I had barely seen Frances.. We hadn't spoken when we got back to the castle; Frances had buried himself in work helping my father with any negotiations with our fellow territories that helped us during the war.

They were deserving of a consulation for the people they lost during the war. The influence the war had on all of us wasn't something that could be hidden, most of the survivors were deeply disturbed by what they had witnessed all those months ago nonetheless the day arrived.

The letter regarding the renovations of the castle noting the construction had come to a close. We were to return home. I was a nervous wreck. When we approached the castle it looked much the same as it did in my timeframe of 2018.
