Chapter 22

Mia's POV... 

Waking up in Bucky's bed was strange but I couldn't help smiling at him. He looks so cute and messy in the mornings and his voice is so sexy. "Thank god you're up, I'm about to die of a heat stroke." He told me

"I'm nice and snuggly warm."

"Yeah I know you're comfortable but I'm seriously going to die."

"Fine." I groaned before I moved off of him

"Go get dressed so we can eat some breakfast before we go down to do some training."

"Five more minutes."

"No, get up before I drag you out of this bed and pick clothes for you."

"I could live with that."

He got up and threw the blanket off of me but I quickly pulled it back. I held on for dear life as he tried to pull the blanket away from me. My giggles filled the room as he managed to get it away and started pulling me by my ankles. I screamed and tried to grab the bed but he already was throwing me over his shoulder. My laughter continued as he carried me out the door toward my room. "Why do I always find you two in the weirdest situations?" Sam asked

Bucky laughed but kept waking. "Because Buck thinks my legs don't work."

"I have so many questions."

"Keep them to yourself Sam," Bucky called back

"You can ask me later, Sammy boy."

I felt Bucky slap my ass as we walked into my room but I just laughed until he basically threw me off his shoulder and onto my bed. "Get dressed."

"I am dressed."

"Fine, make this hard."

He grabbed the hem of my shirt and pulled it off in one swift movement before going after my pants. I tried to make it harder for him but he was much stronger than me and won. He stood there above me, taking in every inch of me in my bra and panties. Part of me wanted to cover myself but the look in his eyes made me want to finish taking my clothes off. His eyes were devouring me and I couldn't help but want more of him. "I want you Bucky."

"Don't distract me from my task here. I'm trying to feed you and get you to start doing the training you asked me for."

"We can stay in here all day, just give me what I want."

"Mia, can you please get dressed so we can talk?"

He sounded serious so I stopped messing around and got dressed. We walked to the kitchen with our hands together, only dropping them when we heard other people in the kitchen. It was Sam, Nat, and Thor having breakfast. I started to go for a bowl but Bucky stopped me. "I'm going to make us some eggs, just hang tight. You need protein before we train."

I used a stool to give me a boost onto the counter so I could sit and bother him while he cooked. My back blocked the others from being able to see his hand resting on my leg whenever he didn't need it. "What are you two doing over there?" Nat asked after a bit

"Making breakfast," I told her

"Stop being antisocial with Barnes and get over here."

"Go, I'm almost done."

I hopped down and joined them all at the table, avoiding the knowing looks from Sam. "Lady Mia, I heard you're joining the boys for their mission."

"Yes, I'm officially just a piece of ass to get Bucky into a club."

"Not true." Sam countered

"You're the brains of the whole thing and everyone knows it," Bucky said as he put food down in front of me
