Michael was back in Hell visiting his family. More specifically, he was hanging out with his beautiful niece Charlie. He supported her dreams to rehabilitate demons and give them a second chance to stand at Heaven's gates. However, he also warned her. Charlie didn't know anything about Heaven. She had no idea about God's mysterious schemes and questionable antics behind the scenes. Part of Michael wanted to tell her that the damned might be better off in Hell. But seeing how ambitious she was, he didn't have the heart to tell her the whole story. Charlie had worked hard, believing she could give her people a better fate. It was honestly sad knowing the Heaven she thought existed to welcome all and forgive everything was a dead-ass lie. He sighed heavily as he listened to her. Charlie had her father's eyes. They sparkled as she continued in excitement. Michael saw the same light that Lucifer once had when he was determined to break free of Heaven and take his life back.

As the sun hung beyond the horizon, Michael made his decision. He told Charlie everything from his and Lucifer's upbringing to God's secrets. And he had proof of the latter on hand. She was shocked. At that moment, she realized her father had been right. She had been so naïve. Trying only to see the good in everyone had blinded her. Sure, Hell had its countless problems. But Heaven wasn't desirable either if you got on the wrong side. As it dawned upon her, Charlie's face changed. Michael saw his brother's face in hers. It was the look of betrayal. A look he knew all too well. But it was funny. It seemed they were family, after all. Charlie stood up and thanked her uncle for taking the time to visit. Seeing that she was planning something, Michael thanked her for the hospitality and excused himself. She watched as he flew off. A sinister smile grew once he was gone. This demonic princess had work to do before her grandfather's next visit.
