The following day, Michael returned to Heaven. Lucifer had told him all he knew about the mysterious wing. He hadn't seen much. But he had seen enough to know it held juicy secrets. And given how strict God had been about keeping them away, something good had to be inside. Michael made the necessary preparations and took precautions before breaking in. What lay inside made his heart drop. It was a laboratory chamber. The general area was divided into various walled-off sections. One was R&D, complete with a library packed with research books, among other subjects. Another was dedicated to experiments and containment with many holding cells. There was even an office space connected small entertainment room. Michael wandered the area in a mix of awe and horror.

Once Michael collected himself, he started taking pictures. Time was not on his side. There were ten minutes before the security over rid his hack and locked him in. He gathered what he could and fled with only 45 seconds to spare. Michael wrote a letter to his brother in his room detailing what he had seen. He tucked it into an envelope and included the pictures. Satisfied with the current progress, he had an Executioner deliver it, with paid shipping for rush delivery. Michael watched as his postman flew down. He shook his head. Like most, he had always believed his father was good and that he could never do wrong. He was God, after all. He had been blind. With a heavy heart, Michael started planning his next move. He had to start slow. He couldn't risk getting caught. It was a dangerous game. But it was one Michael was willing to play to make things right for Lucifer.
