High above the clouds, the Executioners were chatting away in their building. They had grown much stronger. And if they managed to impress their lord, great rewards were in store. To God's surprise, his soldiers had established their own little community. He continued to watch over them with a lesser strict regimen now that they had undoubtedly proved themselves valuable and loyal. Today, the Executioners were throwing a small party to celebrate their latest achievements of passing a series of trials. They had food, drinks, and games. They shared many stories of their triumphs.

The Executioners each had a gift that could be categorized into intelligence, physical strength and related prowess, and creativity. They all had some combination of these three main assets that were used to create them. But some outshined their comrades. Still, they all worked together to please God and did his bidding without question. And that was just how he liked it. It was a shame that Lucifer had turned out the way he did, rebellious and taking every possible chance to challenge his authority. But none of that mattered now. God saw a new path forward with the Executioners ready at his command. One that Lucifer would never have walked, at least not willingly. While the Executioners were still a bit unruly, they remained obedient. And right now, that's what God needed above all else. They were already molded to his liking and only becoming stronger.

With more hard work and dedication, the Executioners became a force to be reckoned with. And, of course, their existence was still unknown to the rest of Heaven. Aside from God, only Angelique, Michael, and Lucifer knew about them. In fact, a tertiary reason for banishing Lucifer was to ensure he didn't tell anyone. Given his history of disobedience, God concluded it was the only way to minimize his liabilities further. It surely didn't excuse his behavior as a father, but God was the ruler of Heaven above all else. Losing a potential Pawn had been an unfortunate setback. But he had his ways of pulling the strings regardless.
